ROMANCE ANYONE?

Arien started as long as he could, but eventually the doctors and his hunger forced him to leave.

Dan woke up later that night and looked around, he was alone and felt quiet hungry. He had a bit more energy but still felt awful.

Arien finished with a meal, setting the unconscious woman down gently. After a moment, he headed back to the hospital to check on Dan.
"How are you doing?" He asked, stepping in and seeing Dan awake.

"A bit better, I think I'm hungry but I was just going to call a nurse to get me some food." Dan said and smiled seeing Arien

Arien let out a sigh of relief. He came in, sitting down next to Dan.
"I'm glad," he said. "I could go get a nurse to bring you some food if you'd like me to."

"Sure, thank you." Dan smiled.

Arien kissed Dan's cheek, then went and got a nurse to bring Dan some food. They both came back, there nurse giving Dan his food and Arien sitting next to the bed.

Dan started eating as soon as he was given his food.

Arien stayed by Dan's bed.
"Hungry much?" He said, chuckling softly.

"Well I was kinda drained of blood." Dan said when he finished and laughed.

Arien chucked a little, but it was more somber.
"Yeah," he said softly. He waited a moment.
"Carlos and Elliot are looking for the one who did that," he blurted.

Dan nodded, "I can't remember what he looked like. My memory is a bit fuzzy from when he came in."

Arien nodded.
"It makes sense. Him coming in must have woken you up, and he started… Feeding, too soon after for memories to really take hold. Thankfully, Elliot has a tracking spell he can use."

Dan nodded, "I think the doctor mentioned I could leave in the morning. I took the day off so I could relax and try getting better."

"Good," Arien said with a grin. "Um… I was hoping we could talk about something."

"Mmm? What was it?" He asked softly.

"I… I want to protect you. All the time. And… It's hard to do that when we don't live very close to each other. I'm just… Worried someone else will attack you."

"Are you asking me to move in?"

"That, or for me to move in with you. Whichever you'd prefer." Arien sighed a little, knowing most people didn't move in after only dating- and knowing- another after a week.

"Well you have more room. Also, I'll move in… Mostly because I'm at your place a lot anyway and would be easier for everything."

"Okay then." Arien smiled a little, leaning forward and kissing Dan's cheek.
"Thank you."

"Welcome, also I don't have much stuff anyway. But this means you'll have to have actual food in your fridge."

Arien chuckled softly.
"That can be arranged. It'll be a nice change."

Dan nodded then sat up, "hug?"

"Okay!" Arien said. He grinned. He came forward, hugging Dan.

Dan hugged back and grinned.

Arien kissed Dan's cheek.
"Love you."

"Love you too."

Arien smiled.
"What time is it?" He wondered aloud.

"ummm." Dan looked at the clock in the room, "8pm"
