Isaac looked behind him, picked up Haze and ran into the nearest building. “Soooo, you know how you said you hoped a certain demon didn’t show up— yeah, we’re screwed.”

Isaac patted Haze on the back. “Look at you! You’re so smart. We’re toast Haze! Toast!” He breathed in. “I don’t know what to do.”

“Roll with it?! What do you mean to roll with it? One minute I might be fine and the next I might be on top of you! We can’t just roll with it.” Big demon bird panic.

Isaac huffed. “Pff, you may not be able to fight, but I can. I can kill that bitch in two seconds. What’s the government gonna do? Take me away and do experiments?”

Isaac rolled his eyes. “Oh com’on Haze. I’m not some alien there going to dissect. No one is going to drag me off to some facility.” He paused. “Now! The demon at hand.”

Isaac turned his head and looked at the white-haired demon. He let out a small scream, looking at the dead patrons. Isaac drew his sword, avoiding the demon's eyes. “Don’t look into his eyes or you’ll become very lustful!” The hearts on this demon's outfit was a warning. Isaac grabbed Haze from the demon's grasp and tried to escape the building. The doors were permanently locked. Isaac’s wings puffed out in fear. He hung his head low and struck at lust. His strike was met with a parry. “Uh oh.” Isaac was slammed and pinned against the wall, Lust’s Jian sword at his throat.

Lust kicked Haze in the stomach after a blade was shoved into his shoulder. His Jian sword was pressed further into Isaac's throat, and Isaac struggled to breathe. He closed his eyes as the sword pierced his throat. But a demon-like Isaac doesn't let himself be murdered. He smiled and shoved the knife from earlier into Lust's stomach. Lust stumbled backward, Isaac fell from the wall. Lust let out a demonic screech and disappeared. Isaac coughed the wound on his neck slowly sealing up. "Oh boy, that was awful. I hated that. I hope there wasn't too much attention drawn."

Isaac looked up at Haze. "Are you alright? Nothing bad happened, did it?" He let out a breath of relief that Lust was gone. What a stupid demon he was. What could he possibly want with Isaac?

"Are you sure?!" Isaac kneeled next to Haze, checking him over for injuries. "You look okay."

Isaac tilted his head. "Why? What is wrong? It's not like you're turning into a beast." He laughed nervously.

Isaac titled his head. "What?" He put his hand on Haze's shoulder. "Is everything okay?"

Isaac started laughing so hard he stopped breathing. "Did Lust really make you that—" He can't get the words out through his laughter. "Alright boy, you stay here and settle your excitement. I'll go scout the area."

Isaac smirked. "I never do. Plus, you're super cute when you're all red like that." He giggled. "I'll be back—and I will try not to be captured and dissected by your witchy government." He stepped outside, looking for traces of Lust.

Isaac stepped back inside the building and locked the door. "Hi there." He smiled. "Hope you fixed your problem because we now have a bigger problem. I am now the most wanted in this town." Isaac says with a smile to dampen the blow.

"Okay! Listen, Haze, I have a perfectly good explanation. I just went outside to check for traces of Lust, but I didn't take in account how long your spells last." He rubbed his neck. "I guess people don't like demons snooping around."
