"I-" He saw Haze trying to stand and started to panic. "I'm sorry Haze…" He took in a deep breath, hoping the boy didn't fall over. The state he was in last night was pretty rough. It scared him.

Isaac cautiously walked over to Haze, looking the boy up and down. He was nervous Haze might be really upset at him. He didn't want Haze to be mad at him. Isaac's blood dripped on the floor.

Isaac nestled his head in the crook of Haze’s neck. Haze collapsed in Haze’s arms, knocking the boy back onto the bed. Isaac nearly started to cry, little drops of water staining his face. If you asked about it, he’d deny anything. Something that’s not supposed to have emotion cries. Isaac doesn’t know what this is. A form of guilt? “I don’t like this feeling. Take it away.” His voice was muffled.

“Why!” He whined. “Why can’t you do that? I want it to go away. How do I make it go away?!” He curled in Haze, his head buried in the other’s chest. His voice was completely muffled and started to cry into Haze’s chest. “I don’t like it..”

Isaac started to shutter. He hugged Haze tightly, giving the boy a kiss in hopes to stop the feeling. It didn’t work, it just made it worse. “Goddamn, this—whatever emotion this is.” Isaac struggled to catch his breath.

Isaac lay on Haze, closing his eyes to slow the tears. All the new overwhelming feelings tired the demon out as the line between human and demon blurred. “I love you too.” He breathed shakily.

Isaac cuddled Haze to feel warm. He was shivering from the cold. He pulled a blanket over him. “Why are you apologizing?” His voice was rough and a whisper. He kept opening his eyes, but they would always close shut.

Isaac brushed Haze's hair out of his face and softly grumbled. "It's not your fault I feel this way." The demon started to fall asleep, exhausted from yet another new discovery.

Isaac passed out. Being a demon with human emotion can be exhausting. His wings proofed out, wrapping around the demon the best they could. It was just way to generate extra warmth for the cold demon.

Isaac tossed and turned in his sleep, the his wings around him like a blanket. He whimpered quietly and shot up in bed. “Haze?” He called softly. He glanced around and relaxed when he realized where he was.

“Haze?” Isaac cooed again. His wing once again didn’t have the room to stretch out when he stretched his limbs. He shook himself awake, making his hair a fluffy mess. He didn’t want to leave the bed after discovering how warm it was. Isaac flopped back down, putting all his weight on his wings. “Ow..” Isaac muttered.

"Alright…" Isaac stared at the ceiling. A little drop of water hit his nose and he hissed. He sat up and looked at the wall. Isaac was bored out of his mind, and he didn't know what to do. He got up and found a pack of cards. He took them out and started to create a card tower on the floor.

"Oh hi Haze!" Isaac greeted him excitedly. He popped his head up, making the card tower fall on him. "OH COME ON! I almost stacked the whole deck :(" He picked up all the cards with a sour look on his face.

"Oh— you didn't disturb me. I just got insanely bored, so found some cards lying around. Now that I look at them, they might be tarot cards, but whatever. I just don't know what to do now." Isaac put the cards back into their box and sealed it tight.

The demon bird floof froze and looked at his lover for a second, then smiled. A lustful smile at that. "Of course, chère." He wrapped his arms around Haze's waist.
