Rykah and Will(because I can't think of a better title)

Before Will could respond, someone walked up to them. A tall kid, blond and big. "Hey, the idiot's back." Will winced. "And he has a girlfriend…."
"Boyfriend." Will corrected quietly. He knew that this kid was well aware that Rykah was a boy. "Just leave us alone, please."

Rykah tensed, his wings fluffing up protectively. his eyes going hard.

The kid feigned thinking for a second. "Hmmmm….. no, I don't think so."
"Dalton, he didn't even do anything. At least leave him alone." Will said, a lump already building in his throat.
The kid, Dalton, laughed.

"Leave us alone" said Rykah harshly, "We didn't do anything wrong, and it's none of your business."

"If you're going to make me watch it, it's my business." Dalton said.
Will was already wiping his eyes, even though Dalton hadn't hurt him.

Rykah noticed the movement and stepped in front of Will, his wings hiding the other boy from view. "There's such a thing as looking away y'know" he said flatly.

"Do your disgusting crap at home.' Dalton said. His hands curled into fists, and Will moved back in front of Rykah just in time to get hit in the face.

Rykah, caught Will as he fell, his wings enveloping the other boy protectively, as Rykah portal-ed them to the woods. He would've stayed to fight but Will was more important.

"Notagainnotagainnotagain….." Will whispered, his nose bleeding.

"Are you ok???" asked Rykah, "I had him y'know, you didn't have to do that…" his face was filled with concern.

"Wasn't going to let him hit you." Will said, before burying his face in Rykah's shoulder.

Rykah wrapped himself around the other boy, confused but protective. Standing, and pulling Will with him, he warped them back to Will's room. Setting Will down on his bed he went to the bathroom to find a cloth, gauze or something for the bleeding.

"What are you looking for, man?" Jack suddenly appeared in the doorway out of nowhere.

Will got punched in the face by some random guy, hi nose is bleeding like heck" said Rykah quickly.

(I keep thinking that Jack keeps portaling between roleplays…)

Jack pointed to the bottom drawer on the left, and then quickly walked to Will's room. "Who was it?"
"Jack…. I…. I…" Will couldn't quite get the words out, but Jack knew by the panic in his voice exactly who it was. Jack quickly put an arm around Will.

Rykah quickly pulled out a few cloths, and filled the nearby glass with water before heading back to Will's room, setting the water on the desk he held the cloths out gently to Will, carefully sitting down next to him and wrapping a wing around him.

Will sadly began dealing with his bloody nose, like he had done several times before. Jack watched him carefully.

Rykah wrapped his wings around the other boy, being both protective and comforting.

“I’m going to go talk to Anna.” Jack said, standing up.
Will caught his wrist. “Don’t let her get in any fights.”
“I know, Will.”

Rykah watched Jack go, not moving away form Will as he wrapped his arms around the other boy.

“I hate him so so much, Rykah.” Will sobbed.

"I get that" said Rykah softly, "He's obviously a jerk"

Will couldn’t respond before Anna as yelling loudly down the hall. Will sighed. “She’s gonna want to know that I’m ok.”
At that moment, Anna came storming in. “WHAT?!”

"Some guy punched him in the face," said Rykah, trying to stay calm. She's terrifying..

“Yeah, no kidding! I thought that idiotic, cruel, stupid, mean, annoying, evil dirtbag got sent to his grandparents or something!” Anna spoke in exclamation points a lot, but usually out of anger instead of excitedness.
“He’s apparently back.” Jack said flatly.
“I’m going to have his head on a freaking stake!” Anna yelled, making Will jump.

Rykah's ears flattened, "I take it you know the guy?" he asked, "Any chance I can help?"

“No one is committing any murders, Anna.” Jack said, before turning to Rykah. “He did some real bad stuff a year or so ago. And no one is doing anything, or even going within a 100 feet range of him, especially you, Will.”
Will just kind of looked sad, already retreating in on himself.

Rykah nodded, Hugging Will subconsciously.

“I’ll be right back.” Anna said murderously.
“Nope.” Jack replied, pulling her back.
Anna glared st him, like maybe she had changed her mind on who she was going to kill. But then she sat down at Will’s desk, watching the three boys in the room.
