Rykah and Will(because I can't think of a better title)

"So I take it he's the closest thing to evil around here?"

“The worst person we know.” Jack replied. “Just make sure not to let him see you for more than a few seconds.”

"Right" Said Rykah,

“You’re good, Will?” Anna asked, finally seeming to notice that Will looked extremely sad, and sort of scared.
Will nodded slightly, before immediately changing his mind and shaking his head.

Rykah just watched him with concern, hugging him.

“It’s just a bloody nose, man, nothing to freak out about.” Anna said, attempting to make him feel better, but because she was very, very tactless, it mostly just made things worse.
“I know…… but- I mean- I thought I was done deal-dealing with all this.” Will cried.

Rykah pulled the other boy in close, "It'll be ok, next time i won't let him do that"

“Rykah, can I talk to you for a second?” Jack asked.

Rykah, didn't really wanna move, but he nodded, letting Anna take his place as he followed Jack outside.

Anna put her arm around Will, who promptly fell into her, glad he was with his family.
Jack shut the door behind them, and then watched Rykah for a second. “Listen, I’m not totally sure you understand…… Dalton…. manipulated Will for two years, into doing a lot of things that Will didn’t want to do. Will ended up in the hospital because of that kid. If Dalton’s back, he won’t just stop with a bloody nose, I guarantee it. And I can’t imagine the effect that him being back will have on Will.”

"I won't let that guy near Will again" said Rykah, "Not if I can help it"

“You can’t be with him 100 percent of the time. It’s impossible. And this kid….. as much as I hate to admit it, he’s smart. If he’s determined, he’ll find a way to get to Will.”

Rykah frowned, knowing Jack was right. "I could always take him back to my world for awhile if things get too bad"

Now it was Jack’s turn to frown. He didn’t particularly want his brother going anywhere. “Let’s just hope they don’t. And everyone needs to resign themselves to the fact that we’ll be seeing more of Dalton.”

"Hey I could probably bring you and Anna with me" said Rykah, "Speaking of which I should probably tell my mom about some of this before she freaks…"

Jack nodded, itching to go back to his brother, so opened the door. Anna got up to let Jack take her place this time, and Will thought of musical chairs. Jack found Will’s pulse, wishing the kid didn’t sound so miserable.

Rykah slipped back into the room, not so sure what to do anymore.

Will hated the fact that everyone in the room felt bad for him. He didn’t want to be a burden. “Hey, Anna, we better go make sure the fields are still up.” Jack said, leading her out of the room. If she was distracted, she wouldn’t be hunting people down.

Rykah slipped back over next to Will, "Wanna come back with me for a little bit? I need to tell my mom about the worlds thing…."

Will nodded. Maybe this would serve as a good distraction. “My siblings might kill me if they didn’t know where I was going. I’ll be right back.”

"We'll be right back, maybe an hour" said Rykah.

Will poked his head out the door. “I’ll be back in a little while!” He called. Jack and Anna both replied with an “Ok!” And Will turned back to Rykah. “Ready?”

Rykah got to his feet and held out a hand. Taking Will's hand in his he held onto the necklace his dad had given him. "Portala!" and in a bright flash they were Suddenly in Rykah's room.

Will smiled shakily.

Rykah hugged him before heading down the ladders to the living room. Immediately being tackled by hugs and questions he did his best to answer all of them.

Will laughed, hoping his face wasn’t still red, although it likely was.

When Maria finally stopped she sighed, "Alright, well as long as you come back often, and don't leave suddenly," she sighed and hugged Rykah, "As long as you have friends I can't really stop you." she turned to Will for a moment, "And if you hurt my son you will instantly regret it" She said gently.

“I wouldn’t dream of it, ma’am.” Will said.

Rykah grinned, pulling away.
"Oh and don't forget you and your siblings are always welcome here" said Maria,

Will nodded politely, smiling.
