Ollie, thankfully in his human form, strolled down the busy streets as he searched for the coffee stand he had visited for a while now. The smells always reminded him of home, and the almost eerie stillness was graciously contrasting to the bustling city. Once he caught view of the sign, he sighed graciously, quickly scurrying inside

there was a new barista working. he was smiling as he waited tables. cyrus shigima, a ex soldier and now working his dream job.

Ollie, started by the appearance of the newcomer, and slightly entranced, took a seat at one of the outdoor tables. He cleared his throat, continuously switching his gaze from the menu, and back to the man.

cyrus made his rounds " are you ready to order?" his husky voice asked

Ollie looked up, a bit distracted by the barista as he tried to piece his thoughts together.
"Y-yeah… an iced croissant and a fresh mocha. I-I mean, an iced mocha and a…" He cut himself off, turning red. "Just the mocha."

cyrus gave a soft laugh " alright," he said and went back to the counter. he said something to the bar worker that made her look directly at ollie.she gave a smile and got to work as cyrus tended to other orders

Ollie only blushed more, pretending to distract himself with his phone as he kept staring into the cafe. Oh gods above…
