Ollie nodded, feeling a great respect for Cyrus.
"I was just born this way. I didn't get to chose - but… I think that's a beautiful thing that you were able to"

"thank you, means a lot" he said and pulled ollie closer. " i didnt take you for a ferret… if thats what it is.."
Oliver laughed, leaning against Cyrus as he absentmindely rocked from side to side. "Kinkajou, actually. But most people have no idea what that is, so i'll forgive you this time." He joked
" don't mind me doing a shat ton of research tomorrow. " He chuckled " so, what now? Do you wanna stay here or if you wanna go home I could take ya"
Ollie laughed, stepping back a bit as he cleared his throat. He… didn't have a home. He lived in the park, actually. Sleeping in a tree in his other form. He really didn't want to admit that fact so he simply just shrugged.
"I… uh… Is it alright if I stay?"
" yeah, your can have the bed with me or the couch,"
Ollie blushed hard, looking up at the man he had just met, then glanced at the couch. "I uh… I don't want to be in the way…"
cyrus gave a soft smile " alright, i figured id give the option." he said sofftly
Ollie chuckled, then nodded, clearing his throat again. "Well… uh…. I uh….. are you tired at all?"
" im a day bird type.. i get quite tired unless i have something to keep me up. which right now is your pretty face. but thats a good reason"
Ollies blush bloomed brighter, a smile growing on his lips as he looked up at Cyrus's dazzling features.
"I'm pretty nocturnal, so I'll be up all night long…."
"do you want a blanket or anything?" he asked and gave a chuckle " kitchens open as well. what ever you want its yours." he said
Ollie laughed with him, Cyrus's contagious voice was like a song he couldn't get out of his head.
"Thank you. A blanket would be nice." He chuckled
cyrus got up, going to a closet and pulling out a few fluffy blankets. " here ya go," he said
Ollie took them graciously, wrapping them around his frail figure as he realized what he was there for in the first place.
"Oh damn… should we finish the movie?"
" nah its alright, ive got work in the morning so i should get some sleep, do you need a phone charger?"
Ollie looked down, blushing slightly as he shrugged. "Uh… N-no. Thanks, though." He sighed, looking to the couch and adjusting the blankets. "Thank you. Very much."
" your welcome " he said and headed upstairs to his room.
Ollie smiled, laying on the couch and settling into the soft material. This was much better than a park bench or a tree. It wasn't log before he drifted off, very happy
cyrus got up in the morning and changed, walking down the stairs
Ollie was still snuggled on the couch, sleeping soundlessly as he pulled a blanket tighter around him
cyrus smiled, pulling a muffin out and setting it on the table next to ollie. he went to work after
Ollie woke up much later, immediately smelling the muffin and quickly scarfing it down.
"Cyrus?" He called, looking around the house for the other shapeshifter. He must have gone to work. He thought as he slipped on his coat, starting toward the Cafe.
cyrus's job was packed, finding it hard to keep up. he was stressed and it showed
Ollie caught sight of him, quickly rushing to his side. "What can I do for you? Take orders? Make stuff?" He asked quickly, glancing around at the crowd
cyrus jumped a bit " ollie im fine, if anything ask Rachael,"
Oliver sighed, looking around before turning back to Cyrus. "Who's Rachael?"
" my boss, behind the counter.." he said and went to help a table
Ollie nodded, heading quickly to Rachel. She wanted to protest, but with how understaffed they were, and how many people were there, she let him take an apron and start taking orders.
"Since you don't have any training here, I'll just let you do that." She explained, handing him a pen and a notepad. "Now go switch Cyrus out! We need him back here!"
Cyrus had already heard, slipping his apron off and working his magic.
