“That’s something,” Anya nodded, adjusting her grossly feminine wristwatch. “Ugh, I detest this thing.” (Referring to the watch lol)

"Then why are you wearing it?" Spencer asked, looking down at it.
“Part of the costume, I guess,” Anya sighed. “It was in my case, and everything else in there is suitably girly, so I guess I’m stuck with it.”

"Hm. Well, I'm sure you'll look beautiful in everything," Spencer said, looking up to grin at her.
Anya smiled. "Thanks. I'm sure you'll look great in all of your newly assigned clothes, too."

Spencer's foot tapped impatiently on the floor of the plane. He and Anya Victoria were flying commercial this time, and he was not such a big fan of it.
“First class is way better than this,” Anya Victoria muttered to Spencer James. At a normal volume, she said, “Oh, I’m so excited! This is a new beginning for our family.”

“Good point,” Victoria conceded, placing her hand in his. “To be fair, you don’t tell me, either… but it’s pretty easy to deduce…. so never mind.”
