The Innocent and the Bad Boy (CLOSED)

Paige raised her head so she could look at him. "You mean that?" she asked, her voice wobbling a little.

"From the bottom of my heart," He promised gently, resting his hand on her cheek.

She smiled and pressed her cheek against his hand. "Okay."

"Never let anyone think you're less then you are, Paige, okay?" Colton pressed his forehead to her's, "Because you are amazing and I always want you to remember that."

She nodded, their forehead rubbing in the process. In his embrace, she felt protected and safe.

"Paige I," Colton swallowed down his nerves, "Is it too soon to say that I love you?"

Her eyes widened and she shook her head. "I… I don't think so," she murmured.

Colton released a breath, "Okay, well… I love you Paige."

"I love you too, Colton," she whispered back.

"Phew, otherwise I would have looked like a real idiot." Colton smiled softly at her.

Paige giggled. "I wouldn't want you to look like an idiot, now would I?" she asked shyly.

Colton chuckled, "No. So, do you want to go on a proper date with me?"

She pretended to think for a moment. "Well, I don't know…" she murmured slyly.

Colton blinked, "Why not?" He asked quietly.

"I'm kidding," she giggled. "Of course, I want to."

“Don’t scare me like that!” Colton sighed heavily, “You nearly gave me a heart attack.”

"I'm sorry," she replied softly.

“It’s fine, don’t worry. I’m just happy you said yes.” Colton grinned at her.

She smiled. "What reasons would I have to say no? The answer is none."

"Well I didn't know that but it's good to know," He kissed her cheek, "So Friday at seven?"

"Sounds good," she replied, blushing lightly.

"What now?" she asked.

"We should head back to the school before our next class." He shrugged.

She nodded. "Alright…"

Colton planted a kiss to her lips, "Not gonna miss me too much, are you?"

"I'm not sure. Let's not find out," she murmured with a smile.

"Aww, I'll pick you up after school 'kay?" Colton smiled.

"Fiiiiiine," she sighed reluctantly.
