Isla kept the same face "enjoying what exactly I have no idea what you're talking about " there was a pause "I don't know…Not dying?"
Reyna leans in a bit closer.
"Me being close enough to kiss you right about now." she says, smiling a bit.
Reyna laughs. "Okay, so we've established that. But why save me?"

Isla didn't have a comment for the first question she just sat there flushed until the next question she asked "because I'm not my parents. "
Reyna thinks on that a moment before grinning.
"I thought your parents were good people?"
ac_unit
"They killed your people…. "
Reyna tilts her head, leaning in far enough that her lips brush Isla's ear.
"And yet, you defended them so adamantly in the Dungeon."

"B-because they were my parents…"
Reyna lowers her voice further, pitching it for a very immediate affect.
"Parents don't always mean anything. But I'm sure I mean something to you."

Her breath got caught in her throat as she spoke "Reyna- i barely know you what are you doing? "
Reyna laughs and moves away from Isla.
"I'm just teasing. But I know that you must have a reason for keeping me. I intend on finding out what it is, one way or another."

Isla let her breath out and glanced away not saying anything else, she'd lost her appetite.
A few minutes later, Reyna speaks.
"I'm genuinely asking. What made you want to save me, of all people?"
ac_unit
"I don't know you were just there… And you were scared, like me."
Reyna tilts her head.
"You obviously weren't that scared, considering you still managed to keep talking to me when you realized what manner of person you were talking to."

"You were scared of me.. "
"Well, you were a random human I just met, heavily armed. Generally that means trouble."

"Heavily armed? I had a dagger Reyna. "
"You were wearing goddamn platemail. If that isn't heavily armed, I don't know what is."
ac_unit
"No I wasn't don't be dramatic. "
"Whatever." Reyna huffs.

"What's with the attitude? "
"I always have some sort of attitude, don't I?"
ac_unit
"Girl– you just got all up in my face asking questions and touching my face, I think you can tell me why you have an attitude. "
"Actually, I barely touched your face. And I have an attitude because I always have an attitude."

"My chin is a part of my face and you were holding it. "
"That isn't 'all over your face.' And considering what I was close enough to do to you, that's barely anything."

"Excuse me? "
Reyna chuckles, looking at Isla consideringly.
"You heard me."
ac_unit
"I don't think I did. " she retorts looking at the girl questioningly
Reyna smirks and walks back over, bending down to look Isla in the eyes.
"Grabbing your chin is nothing compared to what I was close enough to do."
