She ran her hands through her hair and started to pull on it, causing her slight pain. "You shouldn't of come near the ship." She muttered.

She pulled her legs out of the water and started to let them dry off. "I didn't mean it like that. I'm sorry." She apologized.
Arria shook his head a little, "No, no. You were telling the truth, no need to apologise."

"I mean yeah but still." Chesh said waving her hand frantically. "True or not I shouldn't of said that. I'm sorry."
“You need to stop apologising so much, I don’t care,” He shrugged then huffed a laugh, “Stars, I’m starting to sound like my friends.”

"What were your friends like?" She asked.
He snorted and then laughed, "In one word. Insane. Well, Gallion is anyway, Herla and Mulir are chill, yet more the dad's of the group the anything."

"Oh." Chesh said quietly. "Well I'm sorry you had bad friends."
“What? No, they’re great, just crazy.” He sighed contently.

Just as Cheshire was about to say something else, some of the crew members walked in. "Chesh!" One yelled causing Chesh to jump. "What the hell are you doing with this thing?" He yelled.
Arria snarled, hands gripping the wood as he tried to stay calm. Hard when he hated everyone, minus Chesh, on this ship.

"Pipe down!" One of the men yelled at Arria. "I-I was just cleaning his wounds." She told the man, shying away from him slightly. "Why the heck would ya do that?" He barked.
Arria flinched a little but held his ground, "Is being nice something that's banned on this ship?"

"Why would it be?" The man asked. "It's not anywhere else so why would it be here?" He spat at Arria.
Arria grimaced, "Because it's common courtesy."

"Who cares?" He spat. "She's just a girl anyway!"

Arria growled, shifting closer to Chesh, "Assholes."

"What the hell did you just say?" He yelled at Arria.
"I called you an asshole," He replied before quickly wrapping an arm around Chesh and pulling her into the water and keeping her secure in his arms to stop her form struggling.

Chesh yelped as Arria pulled her into the water. She struggled a bit but couldn't move. Some of the men gasped and stepped back.
"Walk away, slowly," Arria said, eyeing them, "And I'll let her go. If not…" He tightened his grip immensely.

Chesh yelped as Arria tightened his grip on her. Some men began to back away slowly while others just growled at Arria. The men who had backed up grabbed the two men that didn't and dragged them away. Even if those two men didn't like Chesh most of the crew did. The men who didn't just happened to be the other mens superiors.
