He tilted his head slightly and looked at him curiously. "Are you okay?" Sorin asked with a mouthful of cheesecake.

"Hmm?" Cas hardly heard Sorin, his pupils constricting and sharpening as his gaze flicked between the fish.
"Are you okay?" Sorin repeated. He glanced at the fish then back to him, his eyes narrowing at his pupils.
Cas just meowed as a response, using all his self control to stay in his seat.
"I'll…take that as a 'yes'," He dug into the rest of his cheesecake, not keeping his eyes off of him.
After a bit, Cas went to sit by the fish tank again, enraptured.
Sorin sat there, watching Cas as did the other people in the restaurant, some even turning around to look at him. He didn't think much of it, though knowing Cas he could hurt himself or those fish without intending to. But all Sorin did was watch.
Cas's tail puffed up and he jumped to his feet, placing his hands on the glass. He hissed quietly, nails digging into the glass a bit.
A few people stood up, including Sorin. Two of them backed away slowly while Sorin walked toward him. He held him by the wrist and dragged him back to their table.
Cas turned to Sorin, his eyes looking different than usual. The pupils were sharply slitted like a cat's, and they didn't hold the same warm glow.
"Cas?" Sorin looked at him closely. "Are you sure you're okay?"
Cas growled briefly, his tail still puffed up as he looked away from Sorin.
The waiter came by and handed Sorin the bill to which he handed him his card right away. "Maybe we should go home, yeah?"
Cas didn't respond, holding his head in his hands.
Sorin lowered his head and placed his hand on his shoulder. "Cas? Come on, talk to me. What's wrong?"
Cas shook his head for a moment, though not in response to Sorin. He lifted his head and his eyes were back to normal.
Sorin looked at him curiously, not taking his eyes off of him as the waiter handed him his card back. He held Cas's hand and walked out of the restaurant.
Cas kept rubbing his temple like he had a headache, his tail flicking irritably.
Sorin glanced at him and stopped walking. "Cas, will you please tell me what's wrong?"
"Hmm?" Cas looked up at Sorin. "Oh… um… sometimes my feral instincts kick in, and I can't really control myself…"
"Right…" He wrapped an arm around him and pulled him close. "Does that happen often?"
"Not too often… it happened both times we had sex. I sorta got more animalistic and needy I guess…" Cas lay his head on Sorin's chest.
"That, I know," Sorin smiled and looked up at the poetry of stars in the sky then back at Cas.
"I don't know exactly what causes it, but it seems to need some sort of stimulus."
"Like those fish?" Sorin hadn't noticed the lack of people walking down the streets, only three with a few cars passing by– but then again, it was really late.
Cas nodded. "Bright, moving objects, especially fish. It's why I like chasing yarn."
"Interesting…" As Sorin walked into his neighborhood, he was filled with uneasiness. It was dark, too dark that not even the orange glow of the street lights could pierce through it. He held Cas tighter and shook off the feeling.
"Something wrong?" Cas looked up at Sorin's nervous expression.
"No, nothing's wrong," he shook his head and looked down at Cas.
"The air feels unsettling…" Cas glanced down at his tail, where the fur was standing on end.
