he raised his eyebrows and shook his head "this is weird." he jabbed the cue at the ball, sending it rolling into other balls around it, creating a spiderweb effect across the table. A stripped ball went into a pocket, along with a solid. "how many points is that?"

"Im not sure. I don't play competitively, I play for fun. Lets make a bet, If you win I will do anything for you and if I win then you have do anything I want you to do. Like go to a bar or learn how to make a pie so I dont have to slave around. I am only joking about slaving around." Harper says and sets her beer on the fridge.
He shook his head "I know that, and alright, I'll bet." He smiled up at her challengingly "alright, you're turn."
Harper takes the pool cue and aims it at a red stripped ball and hits it with the white ball. It slowly goes toward the hole and carefully sinks. "Damn I am not ready for this. Its going to be a good game."
Cas cocked his head to the side in contemplation "oh boy…" He aimed the cue stick at a solid orange ball, completely missing it and hitting astriped purple ball with the white one
"interesting." Harper mutters and aims the cue at a yellow stripped ball. the white ball ends up hitting a green solid ball. "Well fun."
"I think we're even? All I know is that you play like a beginner…" he grinned and aimed his cue at a solid red ball, hitting the white one and missing "and I suck! yay…"
"I am not a beginner Cas, Im just kinda new to the game." Harper sighs while looking at the pool table.
"and that ladies and gentlemen is what I call a beginner, dictionary definition, 'new to the game's" he grinned and pulled out water from the fridge "I swear, if you put vodka in here…."
"Thats nasty, Im 10000% sure its not vodka becasue I need to drink that water." Harper smiles and thinks of a strategy for the game, "Ok i give up. You win. I'm just bored. I actually give up Cas."
He took a bottle of water and took a sip "oh come on, you're are student training to be a nurse, and you work your father's company. I highly doubt that your done or that you've given up."
"Fineeeeeeeee." Harper sighs and hits a blue striped ball, it then hits an orange striped and they both sink.
He watched her "your up to something…" He muttered, frowning as she got more points in "definatly up to something."
"Like what?" Harper asks, trying to hide her smile she takes a sip of her beer. "Why would I be up to something Cas?"
He shrugged "don't know. I just know that you're planning something." He glanced up at her. Shaking his head with a grin, he turned back to the game and tried to hit a blue solid with a striped ball. He sunk the blue one into the slot
The door had a knock, "One second." Harper says and head towards the door. She opens it to see Dan.
"Now's not a good time Dan."
"Come on babe."
"I said not now." She says and Dan walks in.
"You could've told me we had a guest."
"Can we talk later Dan?" She says and pushes him out the door, "Sorry about that Cas."
He gave a friendly wave to the person she called Dan and grinned "so who's that…?" She gave a look and burst into laughter "does he not know that if someone says 'get lost', it literally means 'get lost'?"
"clearly not." Harper sighs and chugs the rest of her beer. She wasn't in a good state right now. "Dan is going to take my dad's position soon and my dad made us go on a few dates. Nothing serious either."
He nodded "fantastic for you, I'm sure." He slowly slid the beer bottle away from her "you don't need any more of this."
"It's not fantastic, I don't want some rich douche-bag as a boyfriend. And I certainly should drink anymore." Harper sighs. She looks at the pool table and decides to hit a yellow ball and sink it.
"Give it time, maybe you'll learn to like him? and if not, then I'm sure your father will understand that you want to live your life your way. Make your own decisions." he said, moving around the table, trying to find an angle to sink a green ball that was in the corner.
"He is the worst, all he talks about is how he cant wait to get my dad's job. That or sex." Harper sighs watching Cas. "I tried that already. I think my dad saw me with you and sent Dan over."
He cringed at thought "fun, I have a stalker and a potential threat to my life." He japlbbed the white ball, sending it crashing into the green ball. "Has Dan tried to force himself on you?"
Harper doesn't say anything and just looks at the pool table. She wasn't going to say anything of the sort and didn't feel like getting Cas involved on her personal issues.

Cas glanced up at her when she didn't respond and leaned on the cue stick "he did? Didn't he." His eyes became dark with shadows of the past, and he shuttered

"i'm not denying or confirming anything." Harper sighs and closes her eye. She was close to just breaking down. Any moment she could burst.
"denial of a confirmations and confirmation of a denial means yes in my book, Jonsey." He sighed, knowing he shouldn't be getting involved, knowing he probably over stepped some boundary. Did he care? Nope.
"It doesn't matter. once it happens why not happen again." Harper's voice starts to get shaky.
