Well here's another one from me

Jaciel slowly stands up, her form getting shorter, until she was half the height of the form she'd been wearing and all of her dimensions were thinner. Her hair was now medium length, black and choppy, swept over one of her dark purple eyes. Her outfit was now all blacks and deep purples, consisting of an oversized hoody and black leggings with worn black flats. She walks up to the roof and sits down next to Ala.

Jaciel looks over, then takes a breath.

"And who am I? I'm nobody to you now. You've made that quite clear. So who am I?" she replies.

"Used to. . ." Jaciel murmurs. "But that doesn't mean anything to a goddess of hell. You. . . I did my best, you know. Not to let myself fall again. God, I tried. But I did anyways. I knew that you wouldn't feel the way you used to. I was, am, content with that. But that doesn't mean it hurts any less."

She was crying, with a sad smile on her face.

"Did you know that I've never even touched this form since I lost you? It was, is, too painful emotionally for me. I've never sang that song since I last sang it to you, when you bled your last in my arms."

"Since the beggining. You would have dismissed me, what I had to say." she whispers.

Jaciel laughs sadly.

"I doubt that. Your attitude and actions towards me and what I have to say have been spiteful and full of hate."

"'Spoiled brat?' Do you even know what that means? A spoiled brat is someone who thinks only about theirself. That's you, Ala, not me."

"Yes it is. I have been doing my best to not be selfish. But all you've done is complain and whine about how you hate me and wish you were on your own again, and how you wish I would shut up. You have been a hateful, angry brat. You have been acting like an entitled toddler." Jaciel snaps.

"You owed me. And you had trespassed. You would have claimed me too, Ala!"

Jaciel slaps Ala. Tears hit the blacktop of the roof.

"You're right. I was a fool to think I loved you." she says, voice quiet and tearstained.

She wanted Ala to be hurt by what she was saying. "I thought I loved you. But the person that had my love is an empty vessel now. I should have killed you myself."

Jaciel's eyes widen in shock, then they close.

"Fine." she whispers, stabbing Ala in the chest, puncturing her heart.

"Die then."

Jaciel looks sad as she looks at Ala.

"You wanted death. You won't be in pain for long. It will fade, just like you. . ." she says, her voice catching as she says "you."

Jaciel starts singing softly.

"Away you shall go, to return again. . . Life and love will come again. . . Like the winds and sun, we'll meet again. . ."

Jaciel stops her singing.

It's rude to leave the knife there. she thinks to herself, gently removing the knife from Ala's chest.

She lifts up Ala's corpse and jumps from the top of the building, landing in a grove of cypress trees. She buries the lifeless body of her love.

-Several years later-

Jaciel was watching a person. A human woman. A spark of hope appears in her eyes.

Ala. she thinks to herself, starting to reach out before stopping herself.

She starts to turn away before she hears people start calling out to the oblivious woman. She turns to see Ala walk into the street. A car was speeding and honked loudly.

Jaciel swears and leaps forward, knocking the woman out of the way.

Jaciel waves away the "thank you."

"It's fine." she smiles, wincing as she moves her wrist.
