Then he glanced at Evan, feeling his cheeks warm up a little. “I’m glad you’re here too, Evan.”

"Thanks for understanding." he nodded to alister, looking at how alisters cheeks warmed a little and then how evans warmed a little.
"Evan i am so sorry its for science."He said before drawing his hand back and slapping Evan hard across the face and before Evan could respond he turned to see if flowers bloomed on alisters cheek.

For a split second, Alister wasn’t sure what had happened. He was almost ready to punch Trenton back for slapping Evan. But then he felt his cheek simmer and sting, and he reached up to touch it as purple asters bloomed there in the shape of the red mark on Evan’s cheek. Blood rushed to his ears and he tried to cover the blooms with his palm, emotion rising behind his eyes.
C’mon. Why did he feel like crying all of a sudden? You’re not supposed to cry.
“Trent!” Noel turned on him, her arms crossed. “Not cool. If you get to keep your secret, at least let them keep theirs until they’re ready to tell.”
Alister looked down at the floor. “Noel…” He could feel the other people in the room turning their eyes to them, wondering what was going on.

"Trent what the hell!" he reached his hand up to his cheek as it turned red, he saw the purple asters from Alister's cheek. He could feel the tears building up in his eyes about to fall as he tried to hold them in.
Seeing that Alister felt the same way didnt help at all, it just made it worse.
Evan looked over at Alister a bit worried before looking away somewhere no one was.
"Im sorry okay? I didnt actually think it would work." He noticed all of the people starting to look over and sighed, taking his hat off and revealing his wolf ears so that Alister and Evan wouldn't be overloaded with attention.

Alister stared at his wolf ears, a shaky “Ohhh…” coming from his lips.
Arabelle had been watching them for a few moments, but now she walked over, saying to the everyone else, “Nothing to see here, guys! You don’t need to be in their business.”
She turned to them, her eyes stern. “I would like you to keep the shouting to a minimum. The last thing we need is to be discovered because someone shouted loud enough for the Extraterrestrial Forces to hear. Now if you’ll excuse me.” She walked past them and up the stairs. Then she stopped. “Storm, as you are second in command, I expect you to keep those in your district in line in the absence of your leader.” Then she left.
Noel’s expression darkened. The asters on Alister’s cheek already started to wilt, but he still felt like crying. Dang, he’d been feeling very emotional recently. I wonder why.
“Noel?” His voice cracked.
After a pause, she turned around and spat, “You heard the lady. Be quiet, make yourself comfortable. Expect me to keep you in line like I’m your babysitter, I guess…”
She grumbled, grabbing a spare mat and walking off. Alister let the tears fall. Thankfully, there wasn’t much.

Trents ear flattened against his head as he watched noel walk off into the distance and he sighed, he sat down on the ground and was sad dog.
Evan sighed as well at Noel's reaction, and B's reaction as he sat in his wheelchair, he leaned over and gave trent headpats, too which trent moved away from after one.
He turned towards Alister, a bit teary eyed himself, "what's wrong?" He whispered, since bimala was so frustrated at there volume level.

“Ahh, I don’t know,” Alister waved him off. “I guess it was more the slap than anything else. I…” he paused, purple petals falling on his shoulder and down his chest. “I didn’t like seeing you get hurt… and when, uhm… the flowers- I suddenly felt so… vulnerable. I’m not used to feeling that way.”
Huh. Who knew revealing your deepest feelings to your soulmate could be so easy?
He started walking after Noel, the sound of Duchess in the background offering free gin, to many of the adults’ delight.

"Oh..you need a hug?" He could at least give hugs if he didn't know what to say to that.
"Feeling vulnerable is a pretty scary feeling," he spoke to alister, not knowing much else to say.
He watched As Alister walked towards his sister and sighed turning to trent.
"Its okay, but you know you could have just asked me instead of slapping me."
He sighed, "It was a stupid idea and i just did it on impulse."

“Yeah, I‘d like a hug.” he looked down and twiddled his thumbs. He felt slightly awkward, since Trenton was right next to them.

She showed no shock or suprise to his dodge simply going immediately into another attack kicking at his back before voiding in front of him and gathering darkness in her hand like a hamehamehaaaaaa move throwing it at him, before voiding grabbing his shirt and staring at him and voiding up the the tree and throwing him down at the ground and delivering a knee to his chest or back depending on how he fell.

At that moment, a large shape launched out of the bushes and slammed into Arden. A white paw the size of a dinner plate pinned her to the ground. A deep, throaty growl echoed through the trees.
The creature stood over the girl, her growl fading. Her expressionless face was wet with tears. You don’t feel familiar anymore…

The moment Malachi hit the ground, he blacked out. He lay still, unable to move. His skin took on a strange texture, as if hardening. Even as crimson poured from his head, nose, and lips, he became indestructible.
