I Know You-Dance RP//CLOSED//Stalkers Welcome :)
The walked in silence for a bit until the entrance to the school grounds came into view. Then they walked into their first period class together.
Piper did the same, and stayed silent until class started. She was just tired, that was all. And maybe a bit confused. But it was nice to not be filled with anger or sadness at the moment, so she decided to do her best to enjoy it while it lasted.
Piper looked over at him with wide eyes. Was that you? she mouthed. She hadn't heard him laugh in a while.
Piper just shook her head as to say "nevermind," and put her head back down. A few minutes later, the teacher walked in and class started. Cassie still hadn't arrived yet.
Piper was barely paying attention. Not because she had a lot on her mind, but because she didn't. She wanted to be able to think about what she wanted without these huge intrusive thoughts about Tanner or conjugating verbs getting in the way.
Right as Piper was going to slip into sleep, the bell rang. Everybody made a beeline for the door.
"Thanks, you're a lifesaver," she mumbled. She headed off to her next class.
She laughed and headed in the opposite direction.
(Yep)
Piper came in a few minutes early, hoping to get in a bit of extra stretching. When she went in, she found tanner and they started talking like they had known each other for years. Which made sense, because they had. But to a few people in the room, it seemed a bit strange.
"Whoop whoop," Piper cheered. "That's great news. I wish she would've caught on sooner."
"I guess not," she replied with a shrug. "Anyway, I need your advice about something," she said, and showed him her phone. There was a banner across the screen with the word "Dad" in bold letters. "He wants me to come back."
"Short answer? No. I hated it there. Long answer? Maybe I didn't like it, but maybe I should go back. He did take care of my basic necessities, so I guess I kinda owe him for that. I really don't know though."
“It just seems a bit selfish to me,” she said with a sigh. “Maybe I think about myself too much?”
She didn’t say anything to that, she just sat there. Sure, she asked him about what he wanted, but then she made a decision based on herself.
