“And that’s adorable,” Yeon said, dropping his hand away from Dove’s hair.
Nathan suddenly got a crazy idea. "Hey, we should do another song! But an original. I mean, we were all put on this bus for a reason, right?" He looked around at the faces next to him. "I play the drums, Charlie plays the guitar and not the bassoon, and Liia can right songs," he said, as he nudged Liia a bit, hoping she would tag along. "What instruments do you play, Rose and Jay?"
“Um… okay….” Liia agreed hesitantly.

"I can play piano, but I would have to do it on my phone. I didn't actually bring a keyboard." Jay responded.
“I am not great,” Liia smiled shyly. “But I’m okay.”
"Do you play any other instruments?" Nathan asked Jay. "Otherwise, I do have a speaker we could connect to your phone."
"Liia, I'm sure that you are amazing," Nathan said. "Let's hear a song?"

"Thanks." it was better to accept the compliments. If she didn't, they would push on, ask questions. The little snake inside her head was more than great at messing up her feelings anyway.

“Mhm, any time, chica,” Yeon said, adjusting positions slightly, still not lifting his head from Dove’s lap though. He was comfortable with that.
"When does this bus stop? I want to sleep in a normal bed, with fluffy blankets and warm pillows." Dove groaned, resting her hand on Yeon's cheek.

“You and me both,” Yeon said, slightly leaning into Dove’s touch unintentionally as he looked up at her. “But I have no clue how long we’re going to be on this bus for.”
“I can try. Give me a few minutes?” Liia asked Nathan.
"That's too bad." she smiled at him and played with a strand of his hair.

“I’m going to be so crammed on these little bunks when it’s time for sleeping,” Yeon said with a chuckled.
"I am short, so I should be fine." his hair was soft, like dandelion fuzz.

"Look, only one nickname per person. What will it be? Shortie or chica?" Dove demanded, "Your nickname is joli garcon."

“What do you consider those other beautiful traits to be, besides the fact that you are physically stunning?” Yeon asked.
"Right. I also have the ability to be afraid. Amazing, isn't it?"

Yeon laughed fully now, eyes squinting. “Don’t we all? Well, I fear nothing,” he said in a jokingly serious tone.
Dove raised an eyebrow, "Nothing?"

“I can try. Give me a few minutes?” Liia asked Nathan.
Nathan nudged Charlie excitedly. "Hey, there is someone else who plays the bassoon!" He said jokingly.
He nodded toward Liia, curious to see what the finished results of the song would be.
