“Not ‘that’s it.’ There’s always a catch,” Meg snapped.

"Kelly…please…if you tell us it would be easier…" Kerenza had a slight pleading sound in her voice.

Kelly flinched. She relaxed her shoulders and sighed. "One last date," she admitted shamefully.

“DUDE WHAT THE HECK NONONONONO!” Meg yelled. “BAD!”

"Please don't get mad," Kelly whispered. "It's the only way. I had to protect you guys. You don't understand." She was nearing tears.

Kerenza put a calming hand on Meg shoulder, whispering. "Calm down…it won't help to scream…" She turns back to Kelly. "Kelly…you know what he did last time…what if this time we can't help…"

“Apparently he’s immune to daggers,” Meg added imperiously.

Kerenza nods at Kelly. "I understand that you want to protect us Kelly…but…not everything can be helped…I for one know that if anything happened to you…" Her voice trails off, as her eyes sparkle with tears.

“Let’s just… not do that meeting, okay? I’d rather I died than you,” Meg interjected.

Kerenza looks up. "No ones…going to die…if I can help it…we need to work together, find a way to defeat him…do you think we should still visit Vision and Wanda?"

“Yes.” Meg said firmly.
