Avengers Second Generation {CLOSED}

"Meg… he… saw me…" Kelly breathed.

“Fudge.” Sure enough, Castor had noticed Kelly’s flinch. “Um. Stay in the dome.”

Castor approached quickly and slashed at the dome. It was like her was breaking Kelly into pieces and throwing them away, one at a time.

“No!” Meg threw herself in front of Kelly, getting cut on her back in the process. She refused to let Castor take Kelly again.

"Meg…" Kelly whispered.

“Shut up and run,” Meg instructed, trying to ignore the pain. “Go. Protect yourself.” The blood had soaked through her shirt.

"No," Kelly hissed. Her breath hitched and she coughed painfully.

“Yes,” Meg insisted between teeth clenched with pain. “Go.”

Castor punctured a major hole in the dome and Kelly couldn't help it. She gasped and gritted her teeth. Castor's smile was sharp.

Elizabeth was frantically trying to recontact Kelly

Meg, figuring the dome was as good as useless, stood up, ignoring the sharp pain in her back. “You want her? You’re going to have to go through me, first.”

Castor rolled his eyes and pushed Meg aside with a powerful gust of wind. He stalked over to Kelly and lifted her up by the throat. "I guess I get to kill the love of my life twice. I'm lucky." He squeezed tightly and Kelly began to watch black spots dance across her vision .

Elizabeth Stops her attempts. She had put her hand to her head but it drops limply.

Elizabeth blinks but doesnt do anything. She had tried to long and didnt believe it.

Kelly clawed at his hand but his grip only tightened.

Meg, finding a dagger in her boot, stumbled over to Castor. Unable to reach higher, she stabbed his back, just deep enough for him to be surprised and Kelly to wriggle free.

Castor lurched forward and slammed Kelly into the wall.

“No!” Meg grabbed her dagger, which had fallen to the floor, and tried again.

Kelly She tries one last time

Eliza… where- Kelly's head smashed against the wall and she blacked out.
Castor released her and turned to full-on fight Meg. "Where's your daddy's shield? Didn't lose it did you?" he jeered.

What?! Oh C'mon!

“Nope. Figured I didn’t need it,” Meg shrugged, readying her dagger.

"You figured wrong," Castor smirked. He conjured a long ice spear out of thin air and hurled it at Meg.

Elizabeth looks around right as Peter hurtled around the corner, "Eliza! Are you ok?!" He hugs her then looks around, "What happened to the others?"

"You figured wrong," Castor smirked. He conjured a long ice spear out of thin air and hurled it at Meg.

Meg slipped to the side, the ice spear missing her by mere inches. “Nice try. And please don’t say, ‘Oh, you poor, dead child, there is much more where that came from,’ because I am really tired of hearing that.”

Kerenza closes her eyes and looks at her father then at the glob in her hand. She puts a hand on her friends shoulder. "We need to go…now…"

Castor sneered. "Oh, you poor…"

Elizabeth ran back toward the Starks, "Where is everyone?"
