Jake had the most bored expression on his face as he watched the others exchange compliments between each other. "mhm yeah, everyone's wonderful with sunshine and rainbows. Are we gonna start studying for the chem test now?" He asked casually as he stood up and threw his backpack on.
"Study if you want. I've got the answer key in my back pocket." She looked up at him, a challenging spark in her eyes.

Jake narrowed his eyes at her and was about to open his mouth to say something but shut it instead. He must have been cracked to join a group of girls in their band. Though he wasn't going to lie, the environment around them was nice for a change, especially with his dark ass mood all the time. "mm mhm, so you're gonna cheat, let's see how that goes for you"
Kai grinned, a sight that was definitely not friendly. He's your friend, remember to dial it back. "I don't have time for studying. And I haven't been caught yet."

Jake scoffed as he smirked and rolled his eyes, he stuck his tongue out at her, showing off his piercing. "maybe but what're you gonna do if you do get caught? Laugh it off?" He raises an eyebrow. "Besides you should try using that brain of yours. You're not dumb, just lazy" He shot her a wicked cheeky smile.
"Actually, I'm both. And maybe I will laugh it off, want me to send you a video?" She raised an eyebrow, the grin dialing back and turning friendlier.

Jake looks away and crosses his arms. "I attempt to give you a compliment and this is how you respond" He acts like he's been hurt and doesn't want to talk to her. He looks back at her at the mention of the video. "maybe" a few seconds pass by. "only if you prank the teacher" his smile turns wide. "Now that would be something~"
"She still hasn't figured out who took her chair apart and made a scavenger hunt for the pieces." She smirked, looking back down at her phone as it buzzed.

Lily watched them go back and forth before stepping in "ok I'm going to start studying. Anyone need any help just holler." She smiled and took out her chemistry notebook, reading up on titeration and organic bonds
Acacia grabbed her chemistry textbook and huddled down next to Lily. She just wanted someone to compare answers and other information right.
"I hate this unit. I got like almost all answers wrong o. The last homework assignment." She whined
Acacia laughed slightly, "Aren't you supposed to be the science wizz or something?"
