Hunter nodded, looking at his wife.
"Let's go, then," he grinned before looking at Leo. "You can get as much cake as you want. Think of it as an apology for when we were kids."
Leo scoffed.
"You just want me to get fat," he said. "Don't you?"
Hunter simply laughed.

Kenzie stood and walked over to the cake. She grabbed the knife as she waited for Hunter to come over, grinning the entire time. This would be fun…
Hunter walked over to Kenzie, a bit nervous but overall excited. He couldn't wait to eat that cake! Slowly, the newlyweds cut the cake, the applause and loud cheering filling their ears.

"Ready?" Kenzie asked softly as she picked up a small piece of cake with her fingers.
Hunter opened his mouth in reply, hoping Kenzie wouldn't tease him with the cake. He loved cakes. She would be too cruel to tease him.

Kenzie chuckled and reached over like she was going to put it in his mouth. At the last second, though, she changed course, and cake was spread across his face. She bit her lip as she giggled, and cameras went off to catch the moment.
Hunter first froze, feeling the stickiness on his face- but not quite.
"You… you…" he stammered, his eyes wide with disbelief. "Oh, you just did not do that!"

Kenzie clasped a hand over her mouth, muffling her giggling. Her eyes danced with laughter as she looked up at Hunter's cake-covered face. Maybe she should have gone second…
Hunter immediately grabbed Kenzie's arm, took a piece of cake and smeared it across her face, uncaring of her makeup.
"Revenge," he muttered vengefully, letting go of her arm to grab some tissues to wipe his face clean.

Kenzie laughed and grabbed some tissues as well. She wiped off what she could, but looked to Hunter for help.
"Is there any more on my face?" she asked.
Hunter laughed.
"No," he grinned. "There's some right here…" he leaned closer, wiping off the cream from the corner off her mouth with his thumb before grabbing a tissue and wiping off her cheeks. "There we go."

"Thanks," Kenzie laughed. She reached up and wiped some from his lower lip. "There. You're all good, now."
Hunter grinned.
“Thank you for cleaning up your mess,” he teased her, flicking Kenzie’s nose.

Kenzie giggled and stick her tongue out at him. "You're welcome, husband."

"Oh, right," Leo blinked. "It's time for the dances, isn't it?"
He grinned at Hunter.
"I honestly feel like this is an anime. You guys are my OTP."

Kenzie chuckled as the DJ declared what Leo had basically just said. She grinned up at Hunter and pulled him to the dance floor.
"Our first dance married," Kenzie enthused.
Hunter grinned.
"Ah, our first dance as a married couple," Hunter mused. "Honestly I can't wait for the day to be over so I can have you all for myself."

"And then we can sleep because I've been awake since five-thirty this morning," Kenzie teased as the music started and she wrapped her arms around his neck.
Hunter furrowed his eyebrows.
"Why did you have to wake up so early?" he rested his hands on her hips and pulled her closer.

"To get ready," Kenzie sighed as they swayed to the song. "You wouldn't believe everything I had to do."

"Hm? Tell me whoever gave you a hard time," he murmured.

"Just myself, babe," Kenzie whispered, closing her eyes with a smile. "I put a lot of pressure on myself for today to go smoothly."
Hunter furrowed his eyebrows, bumping their foreheads lightly.
"Well," he murmured. "I'll scold you when we're alone."

Kenzie blushed a bit, grinning. This was probably going to be her favorite part of the night. Well, this or when they got home…
"Yeah?" she breathed.
"Mhm," Hunter nodded slowly, closing his eyes. "So prepare yourself."
