Okay so I had an idea where (your character) is looking for a roomie, and (my character), a demon, decides that they need a place to live.

So they get together and (your character) accepts them as a roomie. They move in, and they're acting… very odd. You know, they sometimes speak in a weird language (they said they were bilingual), and they have an unnatural obsession with black.

A few days after Mavi had met Amel, she had her home cleaned and ready for the new person.
As soon as Mavi had sat down, however, the doorbell rung.

Mavi heard the knock and got up from the couch to see who it was. not a sells man, please not a sales man she thought to herself. She opened the door to revile someone on the other side, "a-are you a sales man?" She asked them.

Amel grinned. "It's me! Your new roomie!"
