"Oh uh…your teeth" she covered her mouth. "No I didn't mean it to be rude uh-sorry."

Amel's smiled vanished. "Oh, sorry, my family has a line of pointy teeth. Sorry!"

"Oh no don't apologise. I didn't mean to seem rude it just took me by surprise." Mavi waved her hands around. "Sorry"

"That's okay." Amel exhaled gently. "So, anyway, food?"

"Right food!" She went back to the kitchen and pulled out a pizza, "Sorry the fridge is a bit empty I haven't gone shopping this week."

Amel clapped her hands together. "No problem!"

Mavi handed Amel the cold pizza, "uh feel free to eat it all if you'd like."

Amel nodded and grinned. "Thank you!" She bit into the pizza.

Mavi ploped back down on the couch and continued to watch T.v.

Amel grabbed a few more slices and went into her room.

What a strange new roommate she thought to herself. And kinda cute too.

Amel sat down on her bed, enjoying her pizza with a smile. This is going to be so much better.

(Ah sorry I dozed off.)
Mavi sat on the couch till late that night. It was officially a Binge night…like almost every other night.

Amel didn't go to bed until later that night, having been distracted by her phone.

(Oof, what do you mean by ghost? Sorry for my stupidity)

(Die, but that doesn't matter. i'm not going anywhere!)

Mavi had fallen asleep on the couch that night, like many other nights. She awoke late the next day. ugh my head she thought sitting up.

Amel was still dead on her feet as she rose to use the bathroom. She then tripped over a box that she didn't see and fell to the floor with a thump.

"Amel? Are you okay?" Mavi asked getting up see see what the thump was.

Amel groaned and stirred. "Yeah, I'm alright… fell over this goddamned box…"

"Oh gosh," Mavi helped Amel up and pushed the box out of the way. "Sorry about that" she said shyly.

Amel stretched over the other, and after a moment, let her go (to clarify, Amel was hanging onto Mavi from the chestish area then stretched her arms over Mavi's head).
"That's quite alright," Amel purred with a sharp-toothed smile.

Mavi looked at her teeth still amazed at how pointy they looked, but then quickly shifted her attention to something else not wanting to be rude. "Are you sure?" She asked scared that her new roommate was mad.

Amel nodded and leaned forward towards Mavi. "Why? I'm not mad, I promise!"

Mavi had taken a step back not liking to be to close to other people, "its just you tripped and…are you're sure?" She asked one last time her anxiety taking hold.

"Yes, Mavi, I'm sure!" She laughed gently and squeezed Mavi into a hug.
