Demons Living Among Us Humans (Closed//Stalkers Enabled)

Mavi glared at her wall most of the night not really getting any sleep, good thing she didn't have work in the morning. Once the sun rose Mavi got up and made some breakfast, scrambled eggs and toast.

Amel didn't come out of her room at all, even when the food was finished. The talking had stopped around 5 o' clock that morning, so she was either sleeping or doing something else.

Mavi sat and ate her breakfast a little disappointed at its taste. "Amel," She called. How could one stay up all night doing who knows what? Mavi wondered taking a bite of the slightly burnt toast.

Amel glanced up at the door, rubbing tears away.
"Uh, yes Mavi?" She called back in a quaking voice.

That's weird, she sounded sad, "are you okay?" Mavi asked walking to her door concerned.

Amel heard footsteps approaching and hastily cleared her throat. "Yeah, I'm alright."

Mavi reached for the Handel but stopped short, "are you sure?" She asked hesitantly.

"Yep!" Amel exclaimed weakly, rubbing at her puffy eyes, which were still leaking tears.

Mavi was tempted to open the door, but she didn't want to intrude so she just stood there, "Oh, okay. Well um I made breakfast if you want any"

"No…no thank you." Her voice was soft and hushed again.

(Sweet child are you sure you're okay!?)

Mavi stood there, confused as to what to do. She wanted to help her new roommate, but felt as if she shouldn't at the same time. Going agents her better instincts she opened the door, "oh my gosh Amel…" She saw the tears, "you are not okay."

Amel wiped the tears away with a shuddery inhale. "Yes, I am okay."

Mavi stood in Amel's doorway, "oh…uh sorry then. I was just worried." She didn't want to over step her boundarys with Amel.

Amel sniffled briefly. "That's alright. Just uh… sorry."

"No don't apologise." Mavi put her hands up awkwardly. "If you don't mind me asking, what's wrong?"

"It's just… something stupid. It doesn't matter." Amel shook her head.

"Oh. Okay. Well if you need to talk I'm here." Mavi gave Amel a reassuring smile.

Amel nodded. "Right."

Mavi left the room closing the door behind her.

Amel rubbed her face. It doesn't matter. They don't matter anymore.
She inhaled deeply and squeezed her face.

Mavi had a feeling Amel wasn't okay but she still didn't try to push her. Mavi cleaned up breckfast then sat on the couch.
(When out of ideas sit on the couch. Sorry I'm at a loss of what to do at the moment.)
