Saul headed toward Rosalind, who was smirking victoriously. Her gaze went past him to meet Anya's. "Thanks to your cooperation, you'll get to see your little girlfriend very soon." She looked back at Saul and began to walk away. "Come on."

He looked back at Anya. "Take care of Eve," was all he said before he disappeared.

Somewhere in a dark room, Eve jolted to consciousness. She wasn't sure when she'd passed out or even if it had been natural, but she was awake now, and that was what mattered. She blenched as someone yelled her name. No, not just someone. Anya.

Anya? she called back, looking around the room she was in hopefully, but knowing deep down she wouldn't be there.

Eve took deep breaths to calm herself. I have no idea. Where are you? Did you get to my father?
