Camie uncurled herself from the floor and got up. Her lightheadedness smacked her across the face, but she wouldn't dare tell Mama that she was sick. Instead, she went out and sat in the mouth of the cave, waiting for something to happen. She coughed heavily, but she plunged her mouth into her arm and covered up the noise.

Harley turned around and led the others to her cave. She told them to wait at the mouth of the cave and went to get her secret stash. She made some hit chocolate and added one single jumbo marshmallow to each of the cups.

Camie saw Harley passing out mugs to a group of people. She stood up and walked quickly over to them to hide her shaking legs. "H-Hey, guys. What's up? What's up?"

Harley had good instincts and held out one of the bigger cups to Camie “Here it’ll help you feel warmer. You cold are t you?” She questioned looking at her feet

"I'm fine," Camie said. She took the cup and a wave of lightheadedness took over. She leaned on the wall. "Fine," she whispered, "I'm fine."

“That is definetly not fine,” Victoria said, rubbing her hands on the girl’s shoulders. “Do you want to go inside?”

Camie nodded and allowed Victoria to lead her deeper into the cave. Her knees buckled almost immediately and she dropped to the floor. The mug's contents spilled across the floor and Camie's eyes widened at Harley. "I'm s-s-sorry," she managed, her breath coming in quick gasps.

“Woah! It’s ok! Come in let’s get you to bed.” Harley moved across the cave floor and put canoe on her bed covering her with many blankets.

Camie felt the blanket being draped over her, but her fingers and toes were numb. "Don't tell… my mother…"

“Wouldn’t dream of it,” Victoria smiled nervously. “Why didn’t you say anything?”

"I didn't want her to worry. Or have to pay to find a doctor. I can… handle myself," Camie tried forcing herself upright.

“Nuh uh, stay down,” Victoria said, gently pushing her down.

“What are you symptoms?” Harley asked

“What are you symptoms?” Harley asked

"Uh… lightheadedness is the main one," Camie said, biting her lip. "That's probably bad, right?"

"Whenever I'm in the cold it's the worst. It's like… all of the pressure in the world is pounding down on my head. And…-" she hesitated sharply. (Just bringing this up)

“We’ll take care of you,” Victoria promised.

Camie smiled gratefully. She wanted to get up, but she didn't dare. "I-" her eyes rolled back into her head and the back of her skull his the floor with a thump.

“That’s bad,” Victoria muttered.

Camie gasped and her eyes shot open again. A numb pain covered the back of her skull. "Mmmm… what happened?" she asked, looking around.

“You fainted. I think. Ive never seen that before….”
