Arabella let out a happy little sound before she gently sat back up and kissed his cheeks. “I’ll take a little nap and then I’ll be back down to make some cookies or paint.”
Asher smiled. "Mm, alright." he replied. "I have work emails to reply to."

"Have fun with those, Asher. If you need a break come rest with me." Arabella cupped his cheeks and gave him a light kiss before she stood and waved goodbye to him.
Asher chuckled a little, and nodded. "Alright." he replied, and waved back.

Arabella skipped her way to their bedroom, yawning softly and giggling as she thought back on that day.
Asher went to his office and started working on emails, smiling a little. He was glad he and Arabella were starting to get better.

She flopped down onto the bed, curling up in the blankets. They smelled like Asher which only added to her happiness.
Asher continued working on emails, humming softly. He smiled a little as he thought of Arabella, then focused on his work again.

Soon she fell asleep, the blankets pressed against her nose and a soft smile upon her face. She slept for a few hours, waking up in a slight confusion.
Asher was still working, music playing quietly in the background. He had finished the majority of the emails already.

Arabella skipped down the stairs, yawning and stretching. Her hair might have been a mess but she didn’t seem to mind as she flopped down next to him on the couch and leaned her head on his shoulder.
Asher glanced over at her with a faint smile. "Hey." He greeted, kissing her cheek, then returned back to work.

"Hello." She replied sleepily, giggling softly at him. "How's work going?"
"Good. I got almost everything done." Asher replied with a smile.

"Wonderful!" Arabella kissed his cheek and smiled before settling back down against his shoulder. He was comfortable and she almost found herself falling back asleep against him.
Asher smiled down at her, and tugged her closer, then kept working. "I thought you were going to paint?" He asked, raising his eyebrows at her.

She stuck her tongue out lazily and closed her eyes. "I was but you're comfy and now I don't want to get up."
Asher chuckled. "Mm. Fine." he replied, and kissed her forehead lightly.

She smiled at the kiss an opened an eye to look at him. “I like you Asher.”
Asher smiled back at her. "I like you too." He replied, looking down at her.

She giggled softly at his response and tugged on his sleeve. "May I have a kiss?"
Asher smiled, and kissed her gently. "Here." he replied.

Arabella blushed lightly and hid her face in his side. "Thank you Asher."

Arabella had to admit, he gave wonderful kisses. It made her heart flutter each time he bent down to give her a kiss. She loved it. Maybe she could fall for this handsome man…
Asher ran a hand through her hair gently, then went back to working on his emails.

Arabella melted against his hand, humming warmly as he continued his work. She peeked out from her hiding place and watched him work.
