"Mine is Caraway, so you'll be Sorted before me," Melissa said. "My parents said that the Hat takes your opinion into consideration anyway…"

(Ohmy… the Carrows are going to do the Sorting as Deputy Headmaster/Headmistress…)

"The Hat Sorts you based off of your most dominant traits," Melissa replied. "Gryffindors are brave and daring, Hufflepuffs are loyal and patient, Ravenclaws are wise and smart (cough cough Minus Evelyn cough cough), and Slytherins are cunning and ambitious." (I used the Sorting Hat's song in The Sorcerer's Stone to write all that. dusts shoulders Skills.)

(Yeah I'm a Slytherin and everyone's like oH bUt sLYtHeRInS aRE thE BaD gUyS. And I'm like nah they cunning and ambitious boi which means I'm smart, I can get stuff done, and I know how not to get caught cough.)

Does that mean I'm going to be in Slytherin?! Rowan drew a concerned looking face next to the sentence.

"I don't know, it depends on the Hat I guess," Melissa said. She looked outside and the sky was turning a very dark grey - nearly black.

Rowan looked out the window, It's going to rain.
