I'm in the mode for a Harry Potter RP...

"Always." Evelyn stated, placing her hand in the middle too.

"Always," Cho echoed, putting her hand on top of Evelyn's.

"Let's go. Stick together?" Melissa asked Rowan.

Rowan nodded, We'll stick together.

Melissa nodded and opened the door to the compartment. Immediately, her shyness returned, and she flinched away from the crowd of bodies in the hallway.

Lloyd went into the Great Hall and sat among the Slytherins as usual. Phos sat beside him, and Lloyd began reading. He hated that his classmates embodied the Slytherin stereotypes so much, as it gave the house a bad rep, but obviously there was nothing he could do.

"Rowan, I can't," Melissa whispered.

Rowan grabbed Melissa's hand and looked at her reassuringly. She signed with her free hand, "It'll be fine."

"Are you sure?" Melissa whispered.

Rowan nodded and walked out of the train.

Evelyn smiled. "I'm so glad you guys are my friends."

"Diddo!" Reyna smiled. She grabbed Evelyn's hand in one hand and Cho's hand in the other and pulled them into the crowded hallway, nearly bumping into a first-year pair coming out of the compartment in front of theirs. "Oh gosh, sorry!" Reyna apologized. One of the girls looked rather pale.

"Oh… Rowan…" Melissa moaned. She was claustrophobic and was antisocial, nothing could be worse than this. "What a great way to start off the year," she mumbled. A fifth year with a Ravenclaw badge on her chest nearly ran her over. She apologized quickly. Melissa recognized her as Reyna, the friend of the girl who'd been helping Rowan.

Rowan also was on the ground she got up and looked to the girl. She made a gesture of apology.

Reyna recognized Rowan. "Hey, sorry. You ok?" Her eyes skipped right over Melissa, as people's eyes usually did with the subtle, shy girl.

Rowan pulled out the notebook she had just put away, Yeah we're fine! Right Melissa?

"Yeah," Melissa said back. Her voice was shaking.

(breathes. Yeah Lloyd was kinda… irrelevant in this rp. At least on the train)

(Well, let's jump to the dining hall and do sorting.)

Rowan followed the first years into a huge hall. She marveled at the floating candles and the sheer size of everything.

Melissa stayed closed to Rowan, admiring the ceiling and trying not to get to close to anyone around her.

"I love the Sorting!" Reyna squealed happily.
Cho put her hands on Reyna's shoulders. "Calm. Down."

Evelyn smiled. "Same here Rey, but maybe tone it down though." She and the girls sat down.

(Are Rowan and Melissa the only to first years?)

Lloyd watched some of the other students getting excited for the sorting, laying his book on the table. Phos hopped onto the table, meowing until Lloyd began petting him.

(Idk. Lemme go check.)
