"I guess I can…control trees? Or plants? Hopefully this area is heavily wooded…" Luis murmured, looking around at their surroundings.
"Well, I'm freaking out." Rox stated, as her anxiety grew. So did the shadows closest to her, they moved towards her like magnets.

"How do I make this stop?" Xander asked frustrated. He could feel himself getting more and more upset and distressed. The rain cloud grew and poured harder over him. After a good 30 seconds a small tornado started flying over his head, disheveling his hair. At least I'm dry now.
Kimmy drops screaming in the water. Just now she remembers that she doesn't swim all that well. She is waving around in the water, trying to fint out what way is up. Her lungs start tu burn in the lack of air. That is when it happens. She shoots up toward the surface, like, insanely fast. Like a wave is lifting her up or something. When her face breaks the surface, she gasps for air. She realize that she is not that far from land, but it's still far for someone who can't swim. "Help!" She screams again. But… Isn't she dead? like, if you're dead, can't you do like, anything? Like, you cant die twice.So she starts making some sort of paddeling-movement with her arms, trying to hold her head above water. Now, she really can feel it, the wind catch up, basically blowing her towards land. A bit of water in the face on the way, but just as whole, she lands on the beach or whatever. There she collapses, trying to slow her breath. Noticing there are other people there, she might as well ask to be sure. "Am I dead?"
Hawkin saw the shadows grow. "The shadows are coming toward you. They must really like you……" He turned toward the other girl. "And no. You're not dead. You're far from it. Now, what do you have?"
"And, I can do that." She says nervously, Her fingers twitched in anxiety.
(Oh shoot, I guess I missed a lot, any recommendations on how I should jump in?)
(Literally have your character fall in. It makes perfect sense at this point…. XD…)

(For everyone that needs to jump in, start from the plane falling and have them react to the events with a strong emotion and then discover their power. Then have them back in the present)

Rigel’s eyes widened, his pulse jumping dramatically. People were jumping out of the plane, but all Rigel could do was grab one of his cigarettes and stick in between his lips in a panic. He felt like he was glued to the seat, his mind going numb. Get out, get out of the plane. Yet Rigel still couldn’t move. His hands shook, and suddenly the plane groaned. A window imploded on itself, shattered glass showering over Rigel. The seat in front of him collapsed in on itself, then another window shattered. Rigel clutched his bag, his breath stolen. The plane groaned again, denting inwards. Get out, get out, get out- The ground beneath him pulled away, and then he was free falling with his stupid unlit cigarette still in his mouth. He couldn’t even scream, only watch in terror as he fell towards water. But it felt like something was tugging him upwards, slowing his fall. As if the atmospheric pressure paused just for Rigel. Then he hit the water with a slap, the impact burning. But not fatal, Rigel realized as he swam upwards, holding his precious bag of photos above his head as he gasped for air.
Hawkins saw someone swim out of the water. “And look here! Yet another person is alive. What’s your power?”
Rigel slowly made his way to shore, thankful when his feet hit the sandy bottom. He coughed as he trudged his way out of the water, wincing with every step. Gosh, it hurt. Rigel blinked wearily at the other surviving passengers. What happened?

"Rigel!" Xander said in relief of seeing a person he actually knew. The tornado shrank and had no more effect on him. He walked over to him, seeing that he was able to salvage his photos.
"Guys, help!" Cam Roxanne's panicked yell as the shadows engulfed her. She couldn't see, breath or even move.
Rigel looked up with panicked eyes at Xander. He’s alive. Rigel let his bag drop to the sand as he stared at the familiar face with relief. He tried to take a step towards Xander, but stumbled forwards, as if a newborn fawn trying to walk.

Xander saw Rigel struggle and ran to his aid. "Are you okay?" He asked while helping him steady himself. He tried fixing his own hair again, seeing as it was getting in his eyes but it was no use. "Did you find some new nature superpower about yourself like me and the others?"
"HElp plEAsE!" Rox shouts before choocking on a shadow.
“Wh-What? What do you mean?” Rigel asked hazily, blinking over and over again to get the salty water out of his eyes. He just felt so weak… Rigel choked on a breath, coughing again before steadying himself, “The plane- The plane was crumpling and- gosh, how did we survive?”

"I have no idea and I'm still not believing what happened." Xander looked up and to the right before continuing, using his hand for gestures. "I think that I can… manipulate clouds. And I know it sounds weird but there's things happening to other passengers that were on the plane. One dude could… I don't know… make plants do things and another make these… explosions. I bet I sound crazy to you right now." He said while running his hand through his hair.
And one girl is chocking on shadows infront of your characters.//
