Brett smiled softly, watching him bounce around excited. He was surprised he was able to keep up with him. When he heard his name called, he jogged up next to him, and sighed. "I have to?" He asked him, looking to him, then the drums. He felt himself clam up, he never really preformed in front of other people, and when he did, it was his brother. His brother always dissing his every move. He wasn't sure if he really wanted to.
Lets go crazy fam CLOSED
"Yes~ please~" he begged. He got on his knees in front of the taller male and put his hands together in front of his face. "Please, oh please, oh please~" He looked into Brett's eyes, face heavily resembling that a puppy.
Brett rubbed his face, rather embarrassed. "Fine… but please stop begging." He mumbled with a heavy sigh. He pushed past the younger man, and strutted up to the drum set. Starring at it, he sighed and sat on the seat. "I need a beat, do you have a favorite song?" He asked softly.
"Yay!" He stretched his arms in a tiny celebration, soon registering the second half of the comment. He got up, dusting off his black denim jeans. He thought of songs that he liked, two fingers making a checkmark that lined his chin. "Umm… I can't think of anything really…" He whispered.
"Well, I don't normally do much of anything, unless it's my own tune." He shrugged picking up a pair of drum sticks. He twiddled them in between his fingers, trying to think of a song to drum to. Coming up with one of the tunes he played with his friends on the weekend, he perked up with a smirk. "Alright, if you can't think of anything, I have a tune I can beat along to."
Ezra noticed Brett's shift in mood and put on a smile of his own. "That sounds great!" he said swaying ever so slightly side to side. His eyes brightened up almost completely distracting from the dark circles around them. He was excited to hear Brett played and it really showed. He pulled over a chair from the corner of the room and sat himself a little bit away from the drum set.
"Alright, here we go." He sucked in a deep breath, letting it out slowly. He started a pretty consistent beat, something to nod your head to. Nothing fancy, just any old beat. He started drumming a little harder, humming the song his friend had written. He smiled thinking of her, Connie Hope, though he knew she still didn't like him like that. But nothing was going to wipe that smile from his face as he played the tune on the drums.

Pollux muttered to himself.
"Sass? I still don't see it, but… No matter, we were about to leave and stuff anyway. I don't mind."
He looked back down, packing up his things. He didn't intend to be so curt, but he was feeling a little scatterbrained.
Michael smiled then grabbed his keys for his car

Pollux stood up and slung his backpack over his shoulder.
“We’re driving? Isn’t it within walking distance?”
group
Michael looked at Pollux and shrugged "I mean we can if you want. I have no problem with walking" he didn't know why his cheeks had grown red but it made him feel awkward
group
“It’s your call,” he replied, “It’s a nice day out though. A little walk wouldn’t hurt.”
Pollux started towards the door and looked over his shoulder to make sure Michael followed.
group
Michael thought for a while and finally spoke "A walk wouldn't do us any harm. Plus this is a safe place to leave my car" I probably sound so stuck up ugh~… he put his keys back in his bag and walked a little ways
group
Pollux gave a slight smile as he held the door open for his friend.
“Got any favorite games there? I’ve been a time or two, not much though.”
group
"galaga or street fighter and dance dance revolution" Michael answered swiftly then added "Mostly Dance Dance though" his smile gave way to a laugh

"I don't quite remember either… I think there was a Miss… Miss Ro… sorry I can't quite remember the name," Ran apologized, with a soft laugh. "Whatcha drawing there, Libra?" she turned to ask the other girl, who seemed to be drawing some stuff.
Libra dropped the pencil and sighed. She scanned over her drawing and lifted her head. “Well, it’s nothing really. It’s just a dragon that’s not completely done. I have to finish it’s head and add some extra features, and of course, I still have to give it some color.”

"Oooo, a dragon?" Ran asked. "Can I see? I'm sure it's really good!" she exclaimed eagerly, smiling brightly at Libra. "Besides that, dragons are really cool," she added.

Ezra listened to the beat, his face pretty much stone-carved. Not a muscle twitched and heck, if you didn't watch long enough you wouldn't even think he blinked. He liked the beat, he was genuinely happy, but something went off in his mind. It was like an alarm of disaster, like a warning of a nuclear strike.
Ezra got up from his seat and grabbed Brett's wrist to stop his playing. Ezra looked at him through his messy blue bangs. His eyes showed a blur of emotions, but they didn't quite seem good. His hands shook slightly as did the lop-sided smile on his thin lips. He spoke gently and in a shaky whisper. "We should…um, start, uh, heading back now."
Brett looked to him concerned, and stood up. "Everything OK? Did I do something?" He asked getting up, and putting the drum sticks away. He wasn't sure what was up, but something seemed off. He didn't seem to be OK, but Brett assumed he'd lie and say he was. So he wouldn't push it if he did, knowing the feeling of needing privacy. He tugged at the sleeves of his shirt, holding them with his fingers.
Ezra turned around and began walking off, calling to Brett as he did so. "Honestly, no, everything isn't okay, but that's not quite in your control." He looked over his shoulder at him, his smile a bit droopier, but more genuine. "Don't worry about it too much, okay?"
Brett nodded, his face still showing concern. "Fine, if you insist." He said softly, biting on his lower lip. 'I'm hungry… and Ezra's acting strange.'He thought to himself, trying to push both thoughts out of his head. He couldn't really fix either thing.

Pollux lowered his head, a smile crossing his face as well.
“Yeah, Street fighter’s a good one. I like fighting games a lot. And Tetris,” he replied, “Can you actually dance though? I know the game is quite different from actual dancing, but I mean, if you’re any good you must have at least some coordination.”

Libra hesitated before handing Ran the sketchbook. Libra hadn’t really ever shown anyone else her drawings, but she had decided that it couldn’t hurt to show others. She sighed as she cracked her knuckles, looking straight at Ran and CJ. “Well, that’s true. Dragons are really cool, and I sometimes I wish that dragons were actually real.”

Mickey put his hand to his chest in mock hurt then answered "Of course I can. Hip Hop, most of Beyonce's music videos, fox trot, classic ballroom, and tango…You know the basics" a laugh came from him at the end of his sentence

Pollux smiled a bit. He couldn't quite tell if his friend was joking or not, but he secretly hoped not.
He tugged at his backpack strap and started to lead the way walking.
"So, um… what's your class lineup look like for this semester?" he asked.

"Yeah, it would be pretty cool to see dragons exist in real life, wouldn't it?" Ran agreed, taking the sketchbook gently, before letting out soft gasp of amazement. "Wow, this is really good!" she exclaimed, smiling as she looked up at Libra. "How long have you been drawing?"
language
“Thanks! Well, I’ve started drawing since I turned seven.” She paused and then started mentally counting. She smiled after she had gotten her answer. “So, in total, I’ve been drawing for thirteen years. It’s actually quite a long time, and luckily, I haven’t gotten tired of drawing.”

"Dance, coding, art, and a little phys ed" Michael replied looking at Pollux quizzically but he still gave a small smile, A genuine smile

“Fun,” Pollux replied, “I’m taking this politics gen ed I’ve been putting off for years… plus anatomy and environmental health. I’m also supposed to start on this one internship.”

Michael nodded "I have an internship at a coding business a few blocks away" then held up a company key card with his picture on it
