Tara walked up to the front desk with ne of her co-workers, Alana, after work. "Gen, Alana needs some more time off work to visit her grandfather int he hospital." She said, and after working everything out and offering to take her friend's shifts, she walked to the lobby, which was nearby.

Darren sat in the lobby on a bench near a large window. He stared at his feet, one of them tapped nervously. He was sitting on the edge like there was something behind him, his hands folded neatly in his lap.

Tara tapped Darren on the shoulder when she walked up to him.

Darren's head snapped up quickly, "O-Oh! Hey,"

Tara frowned. "Is…everything okay?"

Darren smiled nervously, he had no clue why this made him so nervous, "Yeah everything's fine,"

"You sure?" Tara asked, her smile faltering.

"Yeah. Positive," He reached behind where he sat and pulled something out, "I-I got these for you. I know it's cheesy," He held out a small bouquet of red roses.

Tara broke into a grin, taking the roses from him. "They're beautiful! And this isn't cheesy, it's sweet!" She insisted.

Darren blushed slightly, "I'm glad you think so," He smiled.

Tara smiled back. "Is that why you looked so nervous?" She asked.
