Lysander shifted slightly as he started to wake up.
Betty was awake looking out the window
He slowly opened his eyes and smiled when he saw her. ”Sleep well, darling?” he asked, stretching his arms out.
She looked over her shoulder at him with a smile
He smiled back and got out of bed, walking over to her.
She turned her head back to the window
”Something on your mind?” he asked as he wrapped his arms around her while he stood behind her.
She sighed happily " just of how good I have it" she said
He smiled at her answer, in agreement, and kissed her cheek.
She smiled leaning back into him a bit
”Yesterday almost feels like a dream.” he said softly, glancing at their wedding rings.
" it's real Ly it's all real your my husband" she said.
”I know it's real, love.” he smiled at her. ”It’s too good to be one of my dreams.”
She turned in his arms kissing him
He smiled into the kiss as he returned it sweetly.

He pulled back, smiling at her, and cupped her cheek.

He met her gaze with total adoration and gave her another kiss.
