Mermaid romance (one-on-one//closed)

Arria felt Carter's toe and when he pulled away but gods was he disappointed he did. He pushed his tail to Carter's leg, and indication that he didn't care anymore and just want to feel him again, without fear. He wasn't Yuri, he would never hurt him on purpose and Arria new that so he didn't care what happened here and now.

Carter purred into the kiss, slowly snaking his legs back around Arria’s tail, making sure to be gentle and soft enough that Arria could push away at any moment if he wanted to. Carter moaned slightly into the kiss, his bare feet curling around Arria’s smooth, perfect scales.

Arria shivered and moaned softly himself, pressing his chest to Carters and closing any remaining gap between them. He tangled his hands in Carter's hair again, completely melting into the kiss and Carter.

Carter’s hands slowly drifted down from Arria’s face, but stopped as his shoulders and Carter pulled away from the kiss to murmur quietly, “Can I touch your back?” He just wanted to feel Arria, to make sure he was real and safe and okay.

"Anywhere, y-you can touch me anywhere." Arria muttered before kissing him again, not giving him time to respond but he hoped that the way he kissed him was enough confirmation then any.

Carter moaned into the fierce kiss, hands and fingers tumbling down Arria’s sculpted back. I love you I love you I love you- Another moan was released from deep inside him, and he angled his head ever so slightly to deep the kiss. Carter wanted to live like this- I want to live with Arria. The thought was so sudden he almost pulled away, but shoved it aside for later thought and instead deepened the kiss.

Arria let out a low moan, his hands running over Carter's chest and lower then back up again to his hair. This was what he wanted. Carter, he wanted Carter now and for however long he could have him. He almost thought himself selfish for the thought but he didn't care and hoped Carter felt the same.

Carter moaned again, a low guttural noise of pleasure coming out of him when Arria touched his chest like that. His hands curled down Arria’s tail, finger’s tracing the interlocking scales the entire time. He just needed Arria, he needed this- I want to be with him. I really want to be with him forever…

Arria let out his own long moan, the feel of Carter's hands on his scales making him shiver with pleasure. He wanted to be human again, wanted to spend every damned day with Carter as a human. He didn't care what anyone else thought, he just wanted him.

Carter’s hands roamed up and down Arria’s chest, sometimes humoring his sea boy’s tail too. This was ecstasy. This was perfection. This was real. Carter slowly, reluctantly pulled away and took Arria’s face between his hands, “Arria?” He breathed quietly. I need to tell him.

"Y-Yeah?" Arria bit his lip as his eyes scanned Carter's face, taking in every inch of his face, the way his hair fell slightly over his face. He smiled softly at him. He was beautiful, and Arria wanted to see that face everyday.

“I- I want to stay with you. I want to be a merman every day, I want to live off the potion if I have to, but I want to stay with you,” Carter breathed, staring in Arria’s perfect violet eyes, and hastily added, “If you don’t want me to, I won’t.”

Arria smiled and giggled a little, "I was thinking the same thing… only to be human. That way you can still surf and.. and do the other human things you love to do." He ran his hands through Carter's hair softly.

Carter smiled, reaching his own hand up to cup Arria’s cheek, “Your friends would miss you. Breigha and Jay and all them, they could care less about me,” As shown last night… “I don’t need to surf to have fun, especially if I can be with you.” Carter grinned at his sea boy, one hand drifting down Arria’s chest.

Arria's breathing hitched a bit as he felt Carter's hand, "C-Carter, but… are you sure? I mean… my friends would want what makes me happy, and being with you does that and I wouldn't want to take away your life on land away from you."

“Maybe we can take vacation or something every once and a while back on land,” Carter told him with a reassuring smile, “Besides, you wouldn’t be taking my life away, you’d be giving me a new one. A life that has you in it. A life that I never want to give up,” Carter breathed, then he leaned forward again until their lips were only a breath apart, “I love you more than anything, Arria.”

Arria smiled softly, "How'd I get so lucky to find you? I will never understand." Arria rested his forehead on his, "I love you to the moon and back, Carter, and I always will." He said gently, tightening his arms around him slightly as if he would disappear at any moment.

He closed his eyes, running a hand through Arria’s hair as the sun started to shine, “I should explain myself to your friends, I’m sure they’re worried for you.” Despite Carter’s words, he still held Arria tightly. He didn’t want to ever leave him again. My sea boy…

Arria huffed a sigh, "I suppose so. But not yet, I don't want to leave you yet…" His voice became quieter as he spoke and a light blush rose to his cheeks and he buried his head in Carter's shoulder so he didn't see.

Carter laughed lightly to himself, “I don’t want to leave you either,” He whispered, stroking a hand through Arria’s hair lovingly. He curled his legs around Arria’s tail, murmuring, “I don’t want to leave you ever.”

Arria smiled onto Carter's neck and nodded slowly, "I don't ever want to leave you either." He muttered, the blush reddening and was glad Carter couldn't see his face at this point.

Carter smiled, brushing his hands up and down Arria’s back lovingly, then slowly using one hand to swim them to shallower water in case Arria was getting tired of swimming for both of them. He kissed the top of Arria’s head, breathing him in for a few seconds.

Arria sighed a little and relaxed into Carter, glad he wasn't doing as much work. He was still so tired from not sleeping much he felt like he could fall asleep right here with Carter.

Carter smiled, pulling Arria and him up onto the beach, just so that they were still half laying in the water. He held Arria, pulling his sea boy half on top of Carter’s chest so he wouldn’t have to lay in the sand, “I love you…” He murmured quietly, kissing Arria’s forehead gently.

"I love you too." Arria muttered, stifling a yawn. He nuzzled into Carter's chest and fell asleep, curled up on the other. He sighed in his sleep and felt quite safe in Carter's arms.

Carter didn’t dare move once Arria fell asleep, instead closing his eyes. Not that he didn’t have much of a distraction… Gosh his head hurt… What had Breigha slipped in my drink even? He clamping his eyes shut, willing the pain in his head to pass. Eventually he fell asleep, arms curled around Arria lovingly.

A few hours later, Arria awoke with a jolt, he gently push himself off of Carter and willed his breath to calm. He ran a shaky hand through his hair and had brought his tail to his chest, hugging it as he tried to calm himself.

Carter awoke with bleary eyes, but was immediately alert when he saw the position Arria was in. He jerked into a sitting position, putting a cautious gentle hand on Arria’s shoulder, “What’s wrong?” He whispered, worrying lacing his every feature.

"Hm? Oh nothing… I'm fine." Arria said quietly, placing his hand on top of Carter's, "Just a nightmare." He sighed and rested his head on Carter's shoulder, calming down now that the other was awake.

Carter intertwined his fingers with Arria’s, using his other arm to hold his sea boy closer, “Do you want to talk about it?” He whispered, drawing soothing circles on Arria’s hand with his thumb.
