Middle School Romance [OPEN!!!!]
(wait did he draw Simon?)
Jil entered the library two minutes later, red as a beet. "What happened?" Mrs. C asked. "I bumped into one of the popular girls." Jil mumbled. Mrs. C sighed. "Did you start reading the book I gave you? It's a new one, it was one of my favourites when I was your age." she asked. Jil shook her head, and sat down to begin reading. Within seconds, she was so engrossed in the book that she wouldn't notice if the fire alarm started to go off.

"Hmm." Simon said quietly. "I'm not too good at drawing. I'm more of um… a writer?"He nodded.
Toby watched the two boys talk, but glanced back over at the conversation that his 'friends' were having. Something about Abby? Or was it baseball? He sighed and wished that he was somewhere else. After about five more minutes of listening to Elijah talk, Toby got up and headed towards the library hoping that he could read something.
( Ummmm how do I drop my character in here??)

"Hmm." Simon said quietly. "I'm not too good at drawing. I'm more of um… a writer?"He nodded.
“That’s cool,” Griffith said. “I am so bad at writing its not even funny.” He smiled.
Beatrix flipped through her book. *The musical was better than this." She thought to herself. Music blared through her headphones while she skimmed. They were reading Hamilton for Literature and she thought it was kind of boring.
Toby walked into the library and saw a girl reading with her headphones in. How can she possibly do that? I can barely read when there are people talking. He smiled and nodded his head at her as he passed.
(sorry i was gone)

//hi

Toby slipped his hands into his hoodie's pockets as he walked around the tables in the cafeteria. He wanted to sit somewhere else than with his 'friends.' As he continued to pace around, he received stares and waves from everyone. God, I hate being popular. . . I wish people could just act like I was invisible for one day. Toby continued to look around for a table as thoughts filled every small crack in his brain.
Jil enters the cafeteria, looking around nervously. All the tables seem to be full, and who would want to sit with her?
(are we restarting? oke.)
(I really don't know)
