Will shrugs, "I'm no Aphrodite kid… those guys flirt nonstop…" He grumbles.

"So, what's it like? At your camp, I mean?" Alison asked.

"Well, when we're not at war, we train a lot, hang, be normal teens. We learn the past of greece and such and during the school year we try to live and not get killed." Will shrugs.

"It must be hard, not being able to live a normal life." Alison said.

Will shrugs, "I guess it's okay…" He mutters, "At least I have people around me who have similar issues." He chuckles and looks at the ground.

"When I first met the Doctor, I was a barmaid in a small, boring town. I was really unhappy there. But then he came along, saved my life, and whisked me away in his big blue box to see the stars. I've seen amazing things out there, things you wouldn't believe in. But I've also seen terrible things. Things from nightmares, nightmares incarnate. But I wouldn't give it up for the world." Alison said wistfully.

Will chuckles, "I know how you feel."

"Well, what do you think of the place? Neat, huh?" she asked.

"I like it." he says, smiling as he continues to look around.

"Yes, I find it rather pleasing as well. It does get a tad boring when you can't really go anywhere else though." a voice from behind them said. Alison whipped her head around. "No need to be alarmed, my dear Miss Cheney, I was merely wishing to get a proper introduction with this human child." he continued. "Erm….. right." Alison stuttered.

Will whips around, his eyes going wide, "Uh, er… sorry…" he chuckles nervously, rubbing the back of his head. "I'm Will Solace, head of Apollo cabin and head medic for Camp Half Blood." he says, extending his hand.

"It is a delight to make your acquaintance, Mr. Solace. As for who I am, I am usually referred to as the Master, although I have used many pseudonyms in the past for various reasons." he said, shaking the hand. Of course, the Master's hand was freezing since it wasn't exactly a real hand, and if you really paid attention you noticed he wasn't breathing either.

Will, being a son of Apollo, the god of medicine and healing among… various other things, noticed this instantly. "Interesting… It's a pleasure to meet you sir…" He says kindly.

"Miss Cheney, if I may, how did Mr. Solace end up entering this vessel, and why?" he asked. "Erm, well, I sort of invited him in to look around." she said.

Will smiles, letting go of the Master's hand. "I really don't mean to intrude, if I'm getting in the way…" he chuckles, running a hand through his already harassed dirty blonde hair.

"You are by no means getting in the way. It's nice having company other than the Doctor for a change." he said.

Will starts, then smiles. "A-ah… thank you! Most people say I get in the way when I'm not healing people."

"Hmm, so you are a sort of doctor as well then?" he asked.

Will nods, "Yeah, just with… more healing knowledge that most don't get until 8 years of college." he laughs nervously. Stupid Apollo.

"Interesting…. and who might this 'Apollo' fellow be?" he asked.

"Apollo as in the greek god…" Will chuckles nervously. "The 12 Olympians, plus a few other gods are parents of us… demigods."

"Ah. Unfortunately, deities are nonexistent by any standard, but there are a few celestial beings that choose to portray themselves as such and leech off of belief. I met a few myself, actually. You may have received abilities from them, yes, but do not think of them as gods." he told Will.

"Trust me… These guys are real. If you weren't humans… I could show you." He sighs and rubs his temples. "My guess is that you guys come from a world completely different than our own…" He begins to pace, thinking.

"Miss Cheney is the only human on board, I'm afraid. I am a Time Lord from the planet Gallifrey whose consciousness was downloaded into this android body moments before certain death. The Doctor is a Time Lord as well, but obviously a living thing, or at least your definition of living, obviously." the Master said. "Of course, humans take on a rather similar appearance to Time Lords, so your confusion is valid."

Will nods, his eyes narrowing as he thinks. "I dunno what would happen if I brought Time Lords to Olympus." He chuckles nervously.

"Olympus? The name is familiar." he said. "Do you mean from myth, or the actual place?"

"Both in a sort." He chuckles, "I think you mean Olympia Washington." He points towards the area above the empire State building. "Up there is Olympus."
