"That works." Will says, looking around for ideas to get home.
One on one? (Closed!)
The ship landed with a thud, and they were promptly pulled out and handcuffed by soldiers wearing rather strange looking silver armor. "Ah, now I see the problem." the Doctor said. "You will submit to the Cyber Legions. Scan in progress." one of the soldiers said in a monotone, robotic voice. "Human. Human. Non-Human. Non-Human has superior intelligence." another said. "Humans will be taken to the hold for conversion. Non-Human incompatible. Brain can still be uploaded." it said. "No, no, no no no! Stop this now!" the Doctor growled. "These are my friends, I won't let you-argh!" he yelped, and was dragged off by another of the strange metal men. Alison and Will were taken to another room filled with about fifty, sixty people and locked in. "Well, now what?" Alison said to thin air.
(I gtg for the night, bye!)
(Will isn't human)
(Will isn't human)
(Yeah, I know he's half God but they would recognize him as human. Either way, continue?)
Sure//
Will shrugs helplessly. "I dunno to be honest…" He looks around, his eyes narrowing. If anything, he was an incredible escape artist. A small line of light leaves his hands as he walks around.
Alison sat down next to a girl that seemed to be around Will's age. "Hello, I'm Alison. Any idea of how we can get out of here?" she asked. "Believe me, if I knew I would have left already." the girl replied. "Do you know what those metal men are?" Alison asked. "You're joshing me. You really don't know?" the girl asked, wide eyed. "Let's just say I'm not exactly local." Alison mumbled.
Will focuses, willing the ball of light to burn brighter so he could see better, searching for cracks or something. He was humming softly under his breath, it sounded like ancient greek curses.
"They're Cybermen. That's what we're going to be turned into." the girl told Alison. "But that's horrible!" Alison squeaked.
Will turns towards Alison. "I have an idea."
"Yes? What's the idea?" Alison asked hurriedly.
(Hey, just letting you know I'm on and off rn, sorry!)
Will looks towards them, "This is gonna sound really bad, but I think if I can summon more light and shoot them in the eye then we can distract them long enough and you guys can attack them, we take them out and sneak out of here." Will explains.
"But what about everyone else? I mean, they need to escape too." Alison said.
(I'm in dance, so…)
"That's what I mean. We all attack them." Will explains.
"Yeah, I suppose so…. I just don't know. It's too risky. "
"It's worth the risk right? I learned that I had to fight sooner or later." Will says, his eyes narrowing.
"I learned that there's always an alternative to violence, and you can fight back without causing harm." Alison said.
(Gtg for a bit, gotta take a shower but I'll brb.)
"We're just knocking them out so we can get the people out." he says, glancing towards the door.
(Back!) "They can't be knocked out. They're too strong to fight. It's suicide to resist." the girl said. "What's your name?" Alison asked her. "Penny. Penny Lanshaw." she mumbled. Alison smiled softly. "Well, Penny, we're going to get you out of here, and stop those… erm… Cybermen. But we need to get out of here and find my friend, he can help." she said.
Will starts to pace again, shaking his head. "There has to be something?" he says. "If only Nico were here…" He shakes his head, sighing lowly.
"Hmm…. Alison said, going to the door. "You keep brainstorming ways to get out of here Will, I need to check something." she said.
(You online?)
Will nods and begins to pace again.
Alison studied the lock. Simple, really, she could pick it with a hairpin. It might take a while, but it was the most efficient way to get out and besides, she'd had to learn to pick locks after the awkward experience from Sheriff Lindsey's Christmas Party when Mr. Lindsey had gotten a little too drunk and a little too exited with the handcuffs. Alison took out a hairpin and started to work on the lock. If Will found a quicker way out, they would take that route, but it didn't hurt to try this for now.
He looks around. "Are there vents?" he asks, looking towards Alison.
"I don't know." she replied.
He walks towards the group. Calculations running through his head. 'Athena. I need guidance.' He thinks, his eyes shutting.
"Ah-ha! There we go!" Alison said, popping the lock off it's hinges.
