(We would, but Robin and Cels have little to do rn.)
(I could wake up I guess?)

(I guess shrugs)
(Okay, how long of a time skip do you think? A few hours? Perhaps a few days? His leg would probably be well enough in a couple days for me to make him walk on the beach. And torture him. By showing him his dead mother. Why am I like this.)
(A few hours is fine because we still need to locate the other survivors. But don't torture him yet. Make him believe his parents are still alive, that they're safe and they escaped just like him. Make him stand up on his feet and feel confident. Then make him travel with someone to find food and stuff and find an arm. Make him follow where the arm is stuck in and make him find something precious to his mother. Make him desperately push away anything that is covering the arm and find the unmistakable, mangled body of his mother. Make it interesting and worth crying over.
Wow, that was a bit cruel.)

(Omg I'm not the only sadistic one thank you for the wonderful ideas let's go)

(Glad you liked my idea. Let's torture our babies.)
TIME SKIP IN A COUPLE HOURS
Robin opened his eyes slowly and was startled at the sight of Celestia above him. "Er, hello?" He pushed himself into a sitting position, wincing a bit and looking around, seeming confused. Suddenly, something in his eyes clicked. It wasn't just a nightmare. He was stuck on the island. But, maybe his parents were alive too, hiding in some cave, looking for him. He could find them, he knew he could.
(Well you gonna find them just not in the way you expect poor innocent cinnamon roll who doesn't deserve the torture I've whipped up just for you.)
Celestia had also dozed off, falling into a nightmare. Thankfully, before she could get further into it, she felt something shift in her lap, waking her up. She opened her eyes to find Robin, awake and sitting up.
"Robin," she murmured, a little drowsy. "You're awake. How are you feeling?"
"I'm fine… just a headache, nothing serious. My leg still hurts, but not as much as before." He shifted his leg, wincing a bit as it shot what felt like sharp needles all the way up his spine.
Celestia passed Robin a bottle of water.
"Here, drink this," she said. "It'll help calming the headache a bit."
Robin nodded, drinking some of the water. He knew being dehydrated here would be bad news for him.
"So everyone else is with the other survivors Fin mentioned," Celestia said, leaning back against the cave's wall. "Robin, tell me about yourself."
"Um, I'm 11 years old, I have a brother named Grayson who's 15, he didn't go on this trip. My parents were travelling with me… I have a weird affinity with animals, but no actual pets that can live in my house. In the forest next to my house, I have two deer, a buck named Arbor and a fawn named Papaver, a rabbit named Lilium, three birds named Goldenrod, Acorn, and Blackberry, and two wolves named Lupus and Luna. I like animals."
Celestia smiled.
"That's really nice," she said. "An animal can be a person's best friend. People who like animals are my type of people."
"Really? It's gotten me into trouble a fair few times… One time, I tried to make friends with a bear, and… well… let's just say I've got a couple ugly scars on my chest that say he didn't want to be friends."
Celestia laughed.
“I guess not all animals like making friends,” she chuckled. “I guess he thought you were a danger. Still, being able to make friends with animals is an amazing ability.”
Robin nodded. "Yeah, and another time I got my foot caught in a bear trap." He pulled up the leg of his jeans to reveal the scar. "Not really the fault of an animal, but it was pretty bad. Apparently the trap was poisoned, and I almost died."
(I'm back!)
(Yaay)
(… What do I do…?)
(… What do I do…?)
(Come back to the cave maybe?)

(shrugs That makes sense. I might not be able to post after that, though.)

(Why don't leave us aaaa)
Skye came back to the cave with her arms full of wood for a fire, after having abandoned helping Fin. She dropped the wood in a pile near the center of the cave and sat down.
"Gosh, that was heavy!" she exclaimed.

(I've gotta watch a movie/show w/my family. It's our movie night.)
Robin shied away from the wood, knowing it would become fire soon. He wasn't sure how badly he'd panic at the sight of fire, so he just waited, hoping it wouldn't be too bad but knowing it would be.
Celestia noticed Robin shield himself, as if afraid. She looked into his line of vision, trying to find out what provoked it when her eyes landed on the pile of sticks Skye brought with her. First, she couldn’t understand why he was afraid of sticks. Then it clicked.
“Robin…” she started. “Are you afraid of fire?”
Robin looked at Celestia before nodding hesitantly.
