"And… what's that?" Kitty asked quietly. She was still nervous, a bit surprised that Bryson hadn't texted her back yet.

"I'm a telekinetic. I move things with my mind. Kinda comes with the telepathy," Kasey laughed. "Anyway, if Courtney would stand, I can show you something using her as an example."
Courtney sighed and stood. Kasey smiled at her, knowing that the younger girl knew what she was going to do. The doctor took on a concentrated look, and Courtney lifted in the air. With a nod, Kasey put her back on her feet.

Kitty stood up slowly. Her legs felt heavy. She wasn't sure if it was just from the muscles being so tight or her "powers" kicking in. "G-Go for it," she stammered nervously.

Kasey's smile turned reassuring as she looked at Kitty. Once again, she got a look on her face like she was concentrating hard. This time, though, nothing happened.

Kitty nervously waited for the girls to come in. She was waiting right where Kasey and Courtney had told her to stay before they went to get the other girls. She tapped her foot on the floor absentmindedly.

Courtney led six girls in behind her and Kasey. Both of the supers who knew Kitty were smiling, while the others just looked confused. They had no idea what was going on.

Kitty scanned the girl's faces, taking in their mix of features and trying to guess what powers they had. Stay calm. Stay calm, she told herself.

Each girl came up to Kitty and introduced herself, starting with a tall light-blonde with bright red lipstick.
"Hey, I'm Blaine, otherwise known as Whitehot. My boyfriend is Nightquake, the vigilante."
Next was a shorter Hispanic girl who gave Kitty a slight smile. "I'm Rose, but they call me Zephyr."
A strong-looking, dark-blonde-haired young woman came after Rose. "Jennifer, but you can call me Jen or Obsidian."
After Jen was a taller blonde. She grinned at Kitty as she introduced herself. "Scarlett Westfield, better known as Psyonic."
The next was a tall young woman with dark brown hair who looked the same age as Avery. "I'm Thea, Avery's best friend. My other name is Velocity."
"And, of course," Courtney started, "you already know me, Avery, and Kasey. I'm Tempora, Avery's Aspect, and Kasey's Kinesie."
