Blake perked up at the sound of Frankie's voice. She's got me whipped… He thought to himself, smiling anyways. "You really think so? She likes me?" He tried to keep the excitement out of his voice.

Ace nodded, "Everyone likes you."

Macha slipped into the room and next to Frankie, quiet.

Ace's breath caught, "Macha, I'm so sorry." a tear slipped down his face and he gathered her up into a hug, "I'm so sorry."

Macha sank into the embrace. "Don't be.", she echoed his words back to him. "I overreacted, I'll be fine." The hug was an immense comfort.

She grinned, leaning closer to him.

Blake smiled at the two. He liked moments like this. Peaceful, calm. Everything felt secure. Blake wrapped his wings around himself, as if trying to trap the warm feeling.

Ace smiled, "We'll be fine together."

"Yeah.", she murmured, giving him a squeeze. Her eyes were still frighteningly dull, all though a little brighter than before.

Ace pulled away and smiled again, "Lighten up darling."

He massaged Sky's back.

She nodded. "Sorry."

"Don't be."

She nodded again, stepping away and trying for a smile. "Hey, girl.", she said to Zodiac.

Zodiac flew in circles around Macha's head.

She smiled, reaching up a hand.

Zodiac flew away, motioning for Macha to chase her.

Macha laughed softly, chasing after. She turned to smile at Ace before leaping up to try to catch the tiny dragon.

Zodiac let herself be caught and snuggled into Macha's hands.

"Awww." She stroked her gently. "She's so cute!"

Zodiac snorted in agreement.

Macha giggled, going over to Ace.

Ace scratched Zodiac under the chin, "Who's a good girl, you're a good girl!"

Macha handed Zodiac to Ace, smiling.

Zodiac flew away and perched on Blake's head.

Macha sighed, leaning against the wall.

Ace sat on the bed and watched as Zodiac got ready to pee.
