"And I said I didn't make any promises," Hildegard shot back as she put the cooked fish aside. Then to Varuni, she said, "That is impressive. I had no idea knives could do that."
"So, how are we exactly are we gonna eat? It's not like we have plates. Wait, you're a witch, can't you just like conjure some up?"
"Oh sure," Hildegard replied with a roll of her eyes. "I can just say Accio plates and expect them to just come flyi - AHH!" Hildegard moved to the side as a stack of plates zoomed through the sky and landed in front of her. "What the…I was just joking…"
Maya laughed and then turned to Miles and Franziska and tried her best at a serious face. "Eat first, bicker later."

"… I have no words. I thought you'd need a wand to accio anything." Varuni said, picking up a stick, and pointing at a plate as she said it. she screamed as a plate went flying. "I feel like somebody is playing a trick on us…"

"Normally, yes, you do need to use a wand to accio anything. But there are people with more magical power who can do wandless magic…but…I'm not one of those people." Hildegard said with a yelp as another plate went flying. "Either some sort of prank or this forest is strong in magic."

They seemed surprised by the notion of food. But, in a last act of sibling rivalry, Franziska ignored Maya's command and tossed Miles' now dry vest and overcoat, earning an "Ack!" from her fellow prosecutor; who looked like he was contemplating revenge, but ultimately decided against it- he was way too professional for that.
"Hm.. let me see." Varuni's eyes had a blueish tint fill them, and she looked around. "There is magic…. i think. what i'm seeing dosent match up with anything ive seen before."

Joel watches in confusion as all the chaos happens.
". . . fire?" he says quietly. Flames about a foot high and colored green flare into existance.
"Definitely outside influence. I don't have a single drop of magic in my body but I just made fire with a word." he says bluntly. He was smiling like an idiot, though.

He flaps his hand, trying to extinguish the flames, and scorches a tree.
Sky glances around in panic. “Don’t start setting things on fire, little one…” she says, attempting a joking tone. (but possibly failing)

Franziska got up and stretched, checking the movement of her arm. Then she randomly punched a tree, leaving the bark cracked. Yep, it was fully healed, not even a scar to show for her battle. Immediately after, she looked like she was about to slip away from the camp when Miles grabbed her forearm and stared at her sternly. Franziska tugged her arm away, but Miles continued his glare.
Varuni immidetly pointed to the tree and said "douse. Douse the flames." and the flames on the tree went out. "Usually, magic is a mystical color, one that i can't describe.. its.. almost like a purpley orangeish silverey color… that… dosent make sense… I call is Mystive. magic also usually makes some sort of pattern, even if the pattern is hidden. The forest appears… almost black… except also green and red, and yellow somehow. all at the same time. its like the opposite of Mystive. it also has absolutely no pattern, there are uneven jagged lines, circles, triangles, curvy shapes… and a lot more. and its loud. Magic usually has a music, a soft chime to it. this is more like screaming." Varuni said, as her eyes went back to normal.
