Maria loosened her grip a bit si she could run an hand through her hair and to look around at all the lights and the buildings.
Marc slowed down when he felt her grip shift and glanced over his shoulder. “You ok?” he asked just loud enough to be heard.

"Yeah I'm okay, just trying to fix my hair, your good. " she said putting her other arm back around his waist
“Alright.” he nodded. “Just checking.” he smiled, picking up speed again.

She yawned and leaned her head against his back again closing her eyes

Marc felt his face heat up at the touch but kept his focus on driving.

She raised her head a bit and looked around "do you know how how close we are? '

“Pretty close.” Marc assured. “It's just past that turn up there.” he pointed out.

Maria nodded her head and sighed, she thought about the cool water and the lit up cave she had seen the night before and she started to get excited
Marc smiled, almost feeling her excitement. But he wouldn't deny that he was also looking forward to this.

Maria shuffled a bit trying to get comfortable but really only leaning her head on a different part of Marcus's back, she started laughing quietly at herself seeing that she couldn't hold still
“Having fun already?” he asked, feeling her shaking a little out of sync with the motorcycle. But it didn't feel like a bad thing.

She smirked and gave him a gentle squeeze "just can't sit still, not sure if it's excitement or not. " she said with a slight chuckle
He laughed a little as he reached the beach parking lot. “Well, we're here so if you need to move around…” he shrugged, bringing the bike to a stop.

Maria smiles and rubbed her arms to rid the of the cold from the wind, she slipped off the back and looked around letting her eyes adjust to the dark, she could hear the waves to the distance which made her smile before pulling the helmet off. "I keep forgetting how pretty it is out here.. "
Marc smiled and joined her after he turned off the engine. “Yeah. It's easy to forget, especially if you see it all the time.” he admitted. “But that's why I like coming here or going to that cave so often. It's a nice reminder.”

She smiled and sat the helmet down on the bike along with her bear and she brushed he hand through her hair "I would be here every chance I got if I lived here, because this is just.. An amazing view. "
“Yeah. It really is.” Marc smiled as he stood beside her, looking out over the waves and the star-lit sky.

Maria smiled before she made her way to the stand which was probably only about six feet from the parking lot, the sand was cold and sticky, and the breeze smelt of salt, her eyes closed as smiled to herself "god I wish I could stay here. "
Marc sighed, enjoying the view and the sound of the waves as he joined her. “You really mean that?” he asked softly.

"She shrugged and looked up at him, " I mean yeah of course I do, but I have to much responsibility back in London," she looked away a sighed "I'd never be able to do it. " she said softly
“Yeah.” he nodded. “I get that. Real life always gets in the way of your dreams.” he sighed. “I think that's a big reason why so many people are miserable.”

She laughed a little but there were no traces of happiness behind it. "You know, for once in my life I just want to tell the world to fuck off and let me be happy… I mean, I'm happy in London of course I am, my family is there, it's just- im not sure… I thought I knew what I wanted from life, but now.. I- I don't know. "
“Hey, that's not a bad thing.” Marc encouraged, gently placing a hand on her shoulder. “Not knowing just means that you can choose what you want. It's your life anyway, why shouldn't you decide what it's going to be?” he smiled. “And if you want to yell at the world, go ahead. It's just me here but I won't stop you.”

Maria nodded "yeah I suppose so.. I just don't think I'd be able to just leave everything, you know? Leaving for the summer is one thing but my parents.. They'd be so disappointed in me," she crossed her arms and smiled a little "thank you, Marcus but I don't think I'm to the point where I need to yell. "
“I understand.” he nodded. “No one is forcing you to choose. Not me, not your parents. Besides, you still have the whole summer to enjoy yourself.” he pointed out. “Alright. Well, whenever you feel like you reached that point, the offer is still there.”

Maria sighed and stood in silence for a minute or two before clearing here throat, " we should start towards the cave.. I don't want to get too tired. "
“Sure.” he nodded, giving her an encouraging smile. “Let's go.” Marc offered his arm to her so he could guide her to the cave again.
