Lillian smile grew slightly. She didn't know how long it would be until she would feel safe enough to be around the hospital again.

"Oh no, that can't be good." She could just see the purple, red, and blue of the strangulation marks peeking above the bandages. It made her shudder, it was the same thing she saw of her own sister's neck when she had died.
