“I think better now hat he’s out of surgery but they said they need to keep him here awhile. Attempting suicide is a crime.”

“I know. I don’t know if he’ll go to jail for it,”

"I really hope not," Lillian sighed.

“I’ll bail him out, it’ll be fine,”

"Yeah, it'll be fine. I'm gald he's not dead," Lillian said with a slight smile.

“Me too,” he agreed, “he scared the crap out of me,”

"How long do you plan on staying here?"

“Until he asks me to leave or… I don’t know I guess. When do you wanna leave?”

"Whenever you want to. I'll stay as long as wlyou want to."

Lillian was glancing between Darren and the others around her. At least that was until she saw him. Her body froze and her breathing was shallow and shaky, what was he doing here. Her mind thought of a hundred different conclusions, but one jumped to the forfront. He was going to see Leo, to see if he would tell him, their father where she was. Probably under the guise that he just wanted to wish Lillian a happy birthday. Fuck, not now, anytime, but now.

Darren glanced up, when he saw him he froze in confusion. “Why is he here?”

Lillian fought down the panic, "He's probably asking Leo for something. He is aware that Leo works here."

"One of the two," Lillian said her voice going hoarse. Please don't notice her, please no.

“Okay, come one,” he wrapped his hoodie around her and walked out the back door. “We can hang out in Neal’s car. I have the spare so we can go for a drive,”

(I LIVE BITCHES. So, um, update. I got my phone taken away as punishment for what happened yesterday. Lots of parents yelling at me and about 3 mental breakdowns. Fun stuff. But I still have my laptop! So I get to exist for a small bit of time.)
