"My dad has a nack for finding people and that's why he killed my mom…. She tried running away from home and left me there. To think about it neather of them love me…." Poppy said tears running down her cheeks .

"Wow, thats harsh…" Looking up he smiled then looked back down frowning "What if you— ah never mind it's dumb."

"What if I what?"

He looked up and blushed, "W-well what if you c-came to live w-with me? I mean you don't have to , but your dad is more like a slave driver than a parent, not that I'm saying he likes hurting you, but he doesn't seem to like you, I mean…" He stopped talking and looked down in embarrassment "I'm sorry" i just made a fool of myself, what was i thinking!

"That sounds great. I would love to live with you." Poppy confessed .

"Really? Well that's great i can take my mask off now." He removes his mask only to reveal his forest green eyes and tan skin

Poppy smiled at him, "Now…. Where is your house?"

"Come I'll take you." He picks her up and uses his air to fly the two of them to his Fairly big house.

"Why do you have such a big house?" Poppy asked as they got to the house.

"I don't know. I only know that when i was old enough, i was given a call from the bank who told me i had recieved a house and a sum of 20 million dollars. but i didn't need all that so i used some for uni and gave some to the orphanage. the rest is still in my account."

"Oh, no, don't worry about it. I wasn't really paying attention to where I was going." She thanked God at the fact she had already transformed back into her normal apperance. It would have been awkward crashing into somebody still looking like Inferno.

“You sure you’re okay?” Cato asked.

"Yes, I'm totally fine." She laughed to herself, before adding, "Trust me, I've been through a lot worse than somebody crashing into me."

Cato smiled. “Well, if you’re sure you’re ok, I’m kind of in a rush.”

"Oh, okay sorry!" She held her arms up and stepped out of his way. "This time you can be sure you wont run into me." She slightly smiled, being the extroverted talker she is.

Cato laughed and kept on going, merging his way onto the busy Main Street.

She watched the other person go, and decided she should probably head back to her house. Nothing was really going on here, so what was the point of waiting around for a fight that wasn't going to happen. She started the long walk back to her apartment through the back alleys.
