Lucian pushed up from his desk with a sharp breath. He had been scribbling down writing in Kam’s file, but he shut it and tossed it back into the box with the others. He couldn’t fill the bloody file out when he was angry, that would make his observations opinionated. He left his office, pacing down the hall. He ran his hands through his hair, unsure of where he was going exactly.

That made Ryan shut up. "Friends?"

She nodded. "Yes. Friends."

Ryan ran his fingers through his hair. "Well…thanks I guess."

He smiled slightly, feeling a lot better than he did a few minutes ago. However, he still felt kind of pitiful. Ryan nodded at her. "I mean it. I usually don't tell people things like that because I expect them to hate me for it. So…thanks for not being a jerk I guess."

Lucian stopped by his room, snatching up Ace’s file from where it was sat on his dresser. He brought it into Kam’a room, sticking a note on top of it that read You’re welcome. -L and set the file down on a desk. He assumed that Kam would think it was from Leah, and he wouldn’t blame him. He walked back to his room and sat on the edge on his bed, elbows on his knees, hand folded with his chin resting on them. He stared at the ground as he thought, mind feeling jumbled.
She nodded again. "Don't know why anyone would be a jerk to you."

Ryan chuckled. "You'd be surprised. Back in Anjou…well people aren't the nicest there."
"Hmm. When was the last time you ate?"

"Huh? I guess…the last time I was in the kitchen? I don't remember."
"Well that was probably a good while ago, so we should probably get something to eat. Might help."

She nodded and got up. I've got leftover pizza dough if you're interested." She said as they walked down the hall.

Kameo sat on his bed, itching to write an entry in his diary. Not with Cicada around. No, it would be too embarrassing.

Cicada looked up to see Kameo fidgeting around, "Something up?"
"Nope." he leaned back on the bed.
"Okay," Cicada put her lighter away. She pulled out her notebook and began to draw.
"Why are you drawing in a notebook? You should get a sketchbook."
