Gij finished his slice. "Geez Sobex." Sobex thumped his tail on the table.

Sia put the remaining pieces in tupperware. She rinsed her plate off in the sink.

Gij stood up with his and looked at her. "Is it your turn to do the dishes? I thought it was mine."

"It's just the two plates. I can do those."

"Still," Gij started, "Let me. There's more stuff in here from Sobex and I's midnight snack from yesterday."

"Alright. If you really want to."

"Yeah. Maybe Sobex and I should start doing the dishes from now on. Right, Sobex?" Sobex yapped and flew over.

"Naw, we can keep doing turns."

"No, I'll do it. I don't mind." Gij cleaned off the dishware he and Sobex used the previous night, and Sobex dried them with his wings.

Sia sat down and started fiddling with the pepper shaker.

"There." Gij said after he finished putting the dishes away. He sat down again and watched as Sobex flew over.
(D'you think they should talk about their feelings for each other as we planned?)

(Yeah. Did we still want them to make cookies? Sia mentioned it earlier.)

(Oh yea. Sure, and it could be like a cool symbolization type thing i guess. xD

Sia drummed her fingers on the table for a few minutes before snapping them. "Oh yeah! Did you still want to make cookies?"

"Sure!" Gij straightened up after being zoned out for those few minutes. "Do you have all of the stuff?"

"Yup!" She got up and started gathering the ingredients.

Gij stood and preheated the oven, then washed his hands. "Alright, so we need to crack three eggs. Wait…" He squinted at the box. "That's two too many. One egg."

"I'll get the butter melted." Sia said, taking out two sticks of butter and placing one in a small heating dish on the stove top.

Gij quietly and carefully cracked an egg and gave the shell to Sobex, who put it carefully into the trashcan, instead of eating it, which was a major problem a couple days back.

(Lol. I can imagine that.)
Sia waited for the butter to melt and measured out the sugar.

(Same.)
Gij grabbed a spoon and grabbed the flour. "Six cups of flour," Gij stated before measuring and pouring.

"Make sure to put that in a separate bowl Gij." Sia reminded him, pouring the melted butter into a small bowl with the sugar and other stick of butter.

"Yeah, right." Gij pulled out an extra bowl, and as he was distracted Sobex shoved his head into the flour bag.

"Sobex! Don't do that!" Sia exclaimed, pulling the dragon pup away from the bag.

Sobex flailed, his dark face covered in white powder. Gij started and turned to face the pair. "What- oh… Sobex…" Sobex waved his little nubs and yapped.

"I swear, you are a toddler." Sia muttered, trying to find a cloth and restrain Sobex at the same time.

(oh. okay then. xD honestly me too)
Sobex yapped happily and snapped at the falling grains of flour as Gij scrambled to grab a broom and sweep up the mess.

(I've still got the reference up, so I'll try and get it done. I might not real soon cus I've got getting my braces off and work tomorrow and then my Aunt Karen is coming over next week)
Sia grabbed a cloth and cleaned off Sobex's face.
