"We could go get it! I don't live all that far from here, and we could drop off the dolphin there too!"

“ Okay, since your dead set on it.” He sighed and went home with Corbin, when they got back to the house he grabbed his violin quickly and raced back to the fair “ your next kid” the lady said and let him up. Cyrus thought quickly about the song he wanted. He wanted to play something that would say how he felt about Corbin but wouldn’t say directly. He made the split Decision to sing and play.

Corbin cheered for Cyrus when he went on stage, still a bit out of breath from racing home and back to the fair. He fell quiet to listen to the song, flushing a bit at the lyrics, but still smiling softly from the crowd.

Cyrus sang and played his heart out for the crowd, a bright smile on his face. Once the song was over he huffed, taking pride in his actions. Then he looked down to corbin, it worried humid corbin haddnt gotten the message.

Corbin smiled brightly when the song was over, applauding for Cyrus. "G-Good job, Cy! That was great! I bet you'll win for sure!" He chirped cheerfully, trying not to make it apparent how flustered he was and failing.

Cyrus gave a determined laugh, he waited for the judges to give him his score. This was honestly worse then going out on a blind date. The tension was high enough to make his wings puff out.

Cyrus' score was high, and after everyone had gone, the judges revealed that he had won the competition. To be fair, not many people had entered, but it was an accomplishment nonetheless, and Corbin cheered the loudest for him.

Cyrus started to laugh with pure shock, he didn't honestly think he would win. He ran down to corbin “ I did it! I really did it!” he said happily.

"You won!" Corbin jumped up and down, grinning and clearly excited. "That's great! Uh… what did you win? Is there a prize?" He asked.

“ I'm not sure?” he asked himself more than anything, he went over to the judges and waited for a minute. They were talking and he didn't wanna be rude.

After the judges were done talking, Cyrus was eventually awarded some gift cards and a medium sized basket full of Miscellaneous goodies, which Corbin happily came over to investigate.

“ here cori,” he said and handed corbin the basket. He was only waiting for one thing, to see if corbin figured it out by now. He would honestly wait most of the night to find out, but if not.. He honestly didn't know what her do from there.

"Thanks!" Corbin rummaged through the basket and found some chocolate, which he happily ate. He had picked up a little on what Cyrus was trying to do, but he was clearly still pretty oblivious overall. He was just happy to have a good time at the fair.

“ hey corbin..” Cyrus asked tentatively. He looked over at corbin, clearly bemused by the act of him eating the chocolate already.

"Hm?" Corbin looked up at Cyrus with wide, curious eyes. He had a light pink dusting on his cheeks, in addition to a bit of chocolate, and he seemed pretty content for the moment.

“ if.. Uh.. If someone was to ask you out, theoretically.. What would you say.” he asked, getting nervous by the second.

Corbin was even more confused now, tilting his head to the side a bit. "Huh? Well, I guess it would depend on who it is, you know?"

“ well, theoretically, what if that person was me,” he said with a red face. “ what if I asked you out,” he said again to himself more then anything.

It took Corbin a second, but then it seemed to click in his mind and his face immediately went red. "Oh! U-Um… I…" He stammered, floundering as he searched for the right words. "Y-Yeah, I… I'd be glad to…" He managed after a few seconds with a breathless smile.

“ I doubt Lorenzo would let me, but, cori I've liked you for a bit now. You just make me feel a certain way! I can't help but want to constantly talk to you and be around you, so I tried to ask you out through a song and I was so scared you'd say no, but apparently you never got the target of the song.” he rambled

Corbin flushed harder and laughed sheepishly. "Y-Yeah, I can be kinda dumb like that sometimes… and don't worry too much about papa. He acts scary, but… you know… I'm old enough to decide who I want to date for myself. You don't need to ask his permission necessarily. I mean, it wouldn't hurt, but he can't stop us from dating."

Cyrus laughed a little and put his hand in Corbin's. He squeezed a little “ so, what ride next?” he said casually.

Corbin hesitated before linking his fingers with Cyrus'. "U-Um… I'm okay with any of them, really. Maybe the teacups?"

“ sure, okay.” he said with a smile. Cyrus was trying to unfluster corbin a bit before he pulled a windows e.x.e.

Corbin's wings were still very fluffed up and he was keeping close to Cyrus as they headed to the teacups. It was difficult to get his blush to fade, and he was still flustered as they got on the ride.

Cyrus waited for the ride to start “ your okay, right?” he asked a little worried for Corbin's still red face.

"Y-Yeah, just… still kinda processing." Corbin laughed nervously, his flush deepening. "I'm fine, really. Don't worry about it."

“ corbin, if you don't want to do this we don't have too” he said as the ride started.

"No, no, I do! I-I just… haven't dated anybody in a really long time. You'll have to help me." Corbin laughed softly.
