Cyrus smiled a little” okay, “ he said understanding. Cyrus looked around, he'd never really been on this ride before so he was oblivious to how it worked.
“ there's nothing left to say now.”
When the ride started, the teacups started going in a circle and spinning slowly. "Um… we can make it spin faster if you want. I don't mind it slow, though."
“ umm I honestly don't know what the hell is going on so up too you!” he said chuckling nervously. Cyrus stretched his injured wing, making sure it wasn't locking up or anything.
"Okay!" Corbin took the middle of the cup in his hands and started to turn it so that the ride would go faster for the two of them.
“Eep” he said when it started moving. “ dear lord I'm surprised people don't get sick!”
"A lot of people do, but that's half the fun, isn't it?" Corbin grinned and laughed, spinning the cup faster.
“ yup I'm fine” he said with a high pitched voice. His feathers were floofed by time the ride was over. He walked a little wobbly “ how do people find joy in that.”
( in gym brb)
Corbin seemed exhilarated and a bit dizzy, but having a good time nonetheless. "Adrenaline is fun!" He replied, taking a bit to regain his sense of balance before dragging Cyrus off elsewhere.
“ corbin, we've got about a good 30 mins “ he said after a while. He kept a hold on Corbin's hand “ lets go get a frycake. “
"A frycake? Okay!" Corbin looked around for the right booth, eventually spotting it and tugging Cyrus over to it.
Cyrus smiled at Corbin's excitement, “ cori chill. You'll pull my arm out of socket!”
"Sorry, sorry! Just don't wanna lose track of you." Corbin laughed softly and ordered some frycakes for the two of them.
Cyrus sighed “ Im sure I could keep up with you,” he said and stretched his arm.
"I know, I know. I just don't wanna get lost." Corbin laughed weakly and started eating his frycake.
Cyrus ate his cake and enjoyed his time with corbin
Eventually, it was time to go home, so Corbin took Cyrus by the hand again and started to walk back with him.
Cyrus was a bit slap happy from sleeplessness, laughing at just about anything corbin said. “ that was fun cori,”
"Yeah! Thanks for going with me!" Corbin smiled brightly up at Cyrus, his wings fluttering a bit. "I had fun." He opened the door to his apartment and went in.
Cyrus stretched and yawned, sitting on the couch.
"Do you wanna watch something or should we just go to bed?" Corbin asked.
“ hmmm up to you,” he said tiredly.
"Well, you seem pretty tired, so I'll just head to bed. G'night." Corbin waved and headed to his room.
“ night..” he said softly and laid on the couch, once again his wings stretched out and off the couch. Early in the morning he played his violin once again, it was something of a soft song.
Corbin wandered out of his room a bit earlier the next day, yawning and making himself some coffee. He clearly wasn't a morning person, but he still wanted to be up. He had to work again today, so he needed to be awake.
Cyrus had gotten dressed nicely, suit top and a smaller tie, along with black ripped skinny jeans.
Corbin noticed Cyrus and looked him up and down curiously, clearly confused. "Going somewhere?" He asked.
“ no, ran out of clothes,” he said half-embarrassed “ I only brought like three outfits.”
"Oh! We can go get more if you need. Where's the rest of your clothes?" Corbin leaned against the counter and started drinking his homemade mocha.
“ This is it,” he said looking to the floor “ I lived at the academy, so I only had the uniform” he said, rubbing the back of his neck
