To Gay or Not to Gay; That is the Question (one on one//closed)

"It's getting in your face though." He grinned and ran his hand through it. "And who told you that?"

"A friend," Vien answered. He didn't want to specify who had told him that. He didn't want to talk about his last boyfriend

"Mmm… alright. Ready to get up?"

"I suppose," Vien said with an exaggerated sigh. He shuffled forward a bit, yawning as he did so

Vin stood up with Vien and looked around. "There's a Denny's a couple blocks away we can go to."

"That'd work. Then maybe we can go to my house or something," Vien suggested before yawning again

"Yeah, that sounds great." Vin picked up Vien's clothes from the past couple days and shoved them into a bag.

Vien stretched for a moment before running a hand through his messy hair. He leaned for his shoes, taking a moment to slip them on before flopping lazily onto the bed again

Vin walked over and set the bag with Vien's stuff in it down. "Come on."

"But I don't wanna," Vien complained tiredly

"I'll make some coffee or something. Come on…" He grabbed him under his arms and lifted him to a sitting position with difficulty.

Vien laughed a little as Vin lifted him up. "Okay, okay, I'm getting up," he chuckled, taking a moment to rub his eyes before getting up

Vin stretched out and relaxed. "That message was very recuperating."

(Sorry for disappearing, I got caught up in making cupcakes)

“That’s good,” Vien said, smiling as he pulled his shoes on

(oh heck yeah)

"Yeah. It is. Thanks." Vin tied his laces and straightened up.

(I failed miserably but I tried lmao)

Vien got up as well, still smiling to himself a bit

(I love making cupcakes)

"Ready?" Vin asked, holding out his hand for Vien to take.

(I'm usually really good at baking but for some reason I just couldn't do anything right today lmao)

Vien hummed in agreement, smiling as he took Vin's hand. "How gentlemanly of you."

"What? Taking your hand?" He wasn't going to tell Vien that he missed his touch, even for the few moments they were apart.

(like the actual cake part was good but then I got to the buttercream and it was just…horrible)

"Obviously, you dork," Vien said before pressing a quick kiss to Vin's cheek

(xD YES me I relate)

Vin pecked Vien's lips and walked out of the room, his hand still clasped over Vien's.

(I guess the butter wasn't warm enough because I fucked up…badly)

Vien followed him out, giving Vin's hand a small squeeze as he did so

(…how tho? is curious)

Vin grinned a little and walked outside. It was gray and overcast. "Great! No sun to murder us."

(it looked like soup, and then my dad suggested I put it in the freezer. that just ended up separating the buttercream into like…white stuff and pink stuff? and we just ended up totally ignoring the buttercream and just going with the cupcake lmao)

"Yes, I love when it's about to rain," Vien said, a small grin working its way across his face. He was always a bit more of an indoor person, and spending rainy days inside were one of his favorite things to do

(wow okay um I think it wasn't… i have no idea what happened I've never tried to make icing.)

Vin looked up. "I hope it rains. My cousin and I used to play in it all the time."

(like normally I'm good at baking? I just fucked up horribly this time I guess lmao)

"I hope it does too. I love staying inside on rainy days and reading a book, or doing something for myself for once," Vien said, a wistful look in his eye

"Really? I like walking in it. It… helps me calm down a lot. I have a sound player that plays rain for me… it usually helps me strive off nightmares and stuff."

(this is like the second time in a row so I'm starting to wonder if I just really suck at baking lol)

"Really? I usually play the sound of rain over soft music when my insomnia acts up. It does wonders for helping me sleep," Vien said with a smile

(Nooo… I'm sure it's just certain things, you know? ^~^)

"It's the rain speaking sweet nothings." He chuckled.

(granted I just tried to make cherry chocolate cupcakes and a tirimasu cake, both of which are a little complicated)
